Готель дуже сподобався. Дуже чисто, гарно. В кімнаті є чайник, келихи, вода, навіть пляшка вина у подарунок, також одноразові капці, кілька пакетиків чаю та стіки кави. Постіль, подушки а матрас гарної якості. Персонал привітний. У номері був балкон, це дуже класно. Вечеряли на літній терасі. Дуже смачно та не дуже дорого. Дуже задоволені.

Great place if the staff is in the mood.
Pros:

The place is really good, modern, well located, comfortable and with high standard in cleanliness and the kitchen outstanding.

Cons:

I stayed here for a layover and the staff were really good. This time I decided to spend a few days and enjoy the place longer. The waiters didn’t seem too friendly this time. Most of the time were grumpy and giving suggestions that no one asked like, combining ice cream with a cappuccino that apparently is not correct to his opinion. Room service wasn’t completely room service, since you have to order and if you have to pay with a CC you have to go downstairs and pay as they don’t accept any other currency than Moldovan lei and if you would pay in dollars or euros they wouldn’t give you change in such currency nor leis. (According to a few waiter’s staff) they didn’t have enough cash and I was sent to the service desk to request (which they didn’t have either). Internet lagging most of the time as well. Honestly would care much but, I was expecting a better in room service this time.

Все просто чудово, дуже привітний персонал. Дуже чисті та просторі номери

Ліжко дуже жорстке, в мене не вийшло заснути через це
