Categories

Cleanliness
5.8
Several guests reported cleanliness issues (stained towels, ash on the bed, not-clean bathtubs, 'scarsa pulizia'), though a subset explicitly said rooms were clean. Overall mixed but leans negative due to repeated reports of poor cleaning and stains.
Service
8
Multiple mentions of polite/pleasant staff (receptionist Marie, 'personnel agréable'), though some guests noted limited reception hours (no reception after 22:00) and an unfriendly receptionist. Overall service perceived as helpful at times, with occasional staffing/availability issues.
Location
6.8
Often described as convenient for motorway access and plenty of parking, but some guests said it was far from Dijon and there were issues with street noise; good for transit but not central for sightseeing.
Room Quality
7
Rooms varied: some reviewers praised very large/duplex rooms and comfortable beds, others reported old or cramped bathrooms, broken fixtures and wear (broken toilet/roller shutters, peeling paint). Overall decent for a stopover with some maintenance issues.
Amenities
7
Basic amenities present (parking, vending machine, breakfast, drink options). Some guests noted limited/cheap-feeling furnishings and an air-conditioning issue; nothing extensive but standard for a budget chain.
Value for Money
8.2
Multiple positive comments on rapport qualité/prix and suitability for a short stop with late arrival; many guests felt the price matched expectations despite small defects, yielding strong perceived value.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Breakfast opinions varied: several called it 'super' or 'impeccable', others criticised poor quality (bad coffee, low breakfast quality). Typical budget-hotel breakfast with inconsistent execution.
Overall Experience
8
Most guests considered the hotel acceptable or recommended for a transit stay (comfortable beds, easy access), while a minority would not return due to cleanliness or breakfast issues. Overall a solid stopover option with caveats.

Fenster konnte man dank Rollladen verdunkeln.
