The location was excellent—only a short walk from Santiago Cathedral, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and despite the central location, the room was quiet and well soundproofed. The staff also kindly stored our luggage after checkout.

Cons:

The room was extremely small for the price we paid, with hardly any space to open or store our luggage. The bathroom was also very narrow and cramped. The room felt quite dark, with limited natural light, and overall we expected a little more comfort and space for the price.

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Zimmer sogar vor der offiziellen Eincheck-Zeit schon verfügbar. Die Lage ist natürlich ein Traum. Mittendrin und doch ruhig. Empfehlung auch für das tolle Frühstück und die nette Mitarbeiterin dort. Das Bett war das beste auf meinem Camino.

El personal es excepcionalmente amable y siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades durante toda la estancia. La habitación se encontraba en perfecto estado, muy limpia y cómoda. La ubicación es inmejorable, muy céntrica y perfecta para recorrer Santiago a pie y conocer sus principales atractivos. Además, está muy cerca de las paradas de autobús con conexión al aeropuerto. El desayuno era excelente, con productos frescos y una presentación muy cuidada. Pasamos unos días maravillosos y disfrutamos de una experiencia perfecta durante nuestra visita. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.
