Espectacular!
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable a 2' de la catedral. Zona cómoda y preciosa, de noche, zona muy bien iluminada y muy bonita para recorrer.
La habitación de buen tamaño, colchón y almohadas para destacar y un aire acondicionado regulable con termostato regulable por el huésped. Lo valoré especialmente durante la ola de calor. Acceso a habitaciones en ascensor. Desde recepción hasta el ascensor hay 12 escalones pero me subieron la valija. En el 1er. Piso hay máquina de café autoservice gratuito, las 24hs. Se agradece. Tiene patio interior con 2 reposeras. El desayunafor es pequeño, pero muy bien gestionado, nunca tuve que esperar ni vi a nadie esperando. Desayuno variado y completo, salado y dulce. Frutas y yogures.
Lo más destacable es su personal: SARA una genia! en la recepción siempre dispuesta a colaborar con reservas de tours, restaurantes, taxis y todo lo que se le solicite. JESUS, tal como su nombre un salvador, muy atento y respetuoso. María José en el desayunador también muy servicial y atenta a las costumbres de cada uno.
Hicieron mi estadía memorable. Muy recomendado!!

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel in a great location, staff were really helpful especially Angel on reception and the lady serving the breakfast.

Cons:

Small point, good breakfast but we’re surprised that at breakfast they served Kellogg muesli and standard brand yogurt instead of homemade muesli and luxury yogurt.

Perfekte Wahl
Pros:

Ausgezeichnete, zentrale Lage. Hatte ein sehr schönes, ruhiges Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Ausserordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. War vier Tage hier und würde auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

The location was perfect, just two step away from the cathedral. The hotel was clean and confortable. The room was a bit small but with all I need. It has one of the best shower I have ever tried. The staff was extremly kind and helpfull.
