The Charlee Hotel

Our stay has been great day 2/5, Edison came around midnight as per our request to set up the hot tub for us he put some bath salts and brought up clean towels. Very helpful and nice. We’ve felt very pampered. Alejandro and JC at the front desk, Andres as well. All super nice. Great place for a comfortable hotel at the heart of El Poblado walking distance to the party or party in your own room if you choose to. Great base to explore Medellin.

Highly recommend staying in the penthouse suite. Edison from housekeeping was exceptional in his attention to our requests. He always showed up with a smile. He definitely contributed to our positive experience.

Muy buena experiencia. El hotel está súper bien ubicado en El Poblado, todo queda cerca. La habitación es cómoda, moderna y bien cuidada.

El rooftop es de lo mejor: buena vista, buen ambiente y excelentes cócteles. El servicio en general fue atento sin ser exagerado.

Volvería sin duda. Ideal si buscas algo con buena energía y ubicación.

From the moment we arrived, Anderson welcomed us warmly and clearly explained all the important details about the hotel. Shortly after, Santiago Leal offered us a drink; we chose coffee, and it was absolutely delicious. He also kindly assisted us by taking our luggage up to the room.

Even before our arrival, Jessica , the Concierge reached out to ensure everything was arranged for our stay. I was celebrating my birthday with my brother and sister, and she went above and beyond by surprising me with a slice of cake and even singing; such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

Toda la experiencia fue increíble, disfrutamos demasiado nuestra estadía. La habitación estuvo perfecta con el jacuzzi y la vista. La atención de todo el personal fue magnífica, volvería y lo recomendaría sin lugar a dudas.

What a great stay at a fantastic hotel. The location cannot be beat. You are right in the mix here. The rooms are very spacious. The rainfall shower in the room was a highlight for me. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The entire staff at the hotel was superb. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Medellín!

The location is excellent, perfectly positioned for both convenience and atmosphere. The design is thoughtfully curated, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, while the bathroom was truly exceptional—one of the highlights of the stay.

What made the experience even more memorable was the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The reception team was consistently welcoming and efficient, and the restaurant staff delivered excellent service with genuine warmth.

A special mention goes to the concierge, Jessica, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and always available to assist with any request. Her support added real value to the overall experience.

The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Provenza. The amenities are phenomenal and the staff is amazing.

A localização é maravilhosa, perto de tudo, bons restaurantes, cafés, bares e lojas pode-se fazer tudo a pé, estado mesmo no centro dentro do hotel não se nota a agitação da rua, tem algum ruído mas nada que me incomode, quarto muito grande e bom pequeno almoço, piscina gira e um bom bar com ótima vista

Experience was great! Edison needs to get a lot of recognition because he really made our stay better. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Whether it was quickly handling requests, offering helpful recommendations, or simply checking in to make sure everything was perfect, he consistently exceeded expectations.

What stood out the most was his genuine attitude and willingness to go the extra mile without hesitation. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service, and it made a huge difference in my overall experience.
