Excellent stay
Pros:

A truly 5-star experience in Tuy Hoa, starting right from the beginning with a very warm welcome from the bell desk and reception. Everywhere in the hotel, the staff—whether receptionists, bellmen, security, housekeepers, spa therapists, pool attendants, or managers—always greet guests. This really makes a difference compared to other places. We stayed here with two other couples, and they both gave the highest scores to this hotel. We will definitely be back next time we return to Tuy Hoa. Thank you very much for such excellent service. The hotel should be proud of every single staff member. They are true diamonds, demonstrating genuine hospitality!

Pros:

The staff is extremely supportive and hospitable. They do note all my requests and always support accordingly.

Cons:

There are some small issues with the in-room facilities, but the staff is ready to fix immediately so it's not big problems at all.

Trải nghiệm tuyệt vời
Pros:

Rất hài lòng về chỗ nghỉ. Bể bơi thoáng rộng sạch sẽ,nhân viên siêu nhiệt tình, có phòng xông hơi rất đáng trải nghiệm,rất thú vị, ăn sáng ngon lắm,món nào cũng rất ngon dù mình là người kĩ ăn.
Mẹ mình bảo lâu lâu chạy ra Phú Yên chơi và đặt lại chỗ này nhé.
Nghe nói tầng thượng có ăn pizza hay cà phê j đó,mà về nhà mới biết.
So với giá thì quá rẻ nhé.
Chắc chắn sẽ quay trở lại.

Cons:

Thang máy không hoạt động tốt, chất lượng thang máy hơi ọp ẹp. Có bị lỗi
Đồ ăn sáng thứ 7 Ok, còn sáng cnhat dời lên lầu 1 khách đông hơn mà đồ ăn còn ít hơn, đồ ăn dở hơn, ít món hơn. 10h30 sáng mới hết buffet mà 9h kém ghé ăn đã hết nhiều món (hết sup, hết bún bò…)
