- L'emplacement de l'hôtel, très central à Barcelone (à proximité de la place de Catalogne) qui nous a permis de faire beaucoup de choses à pied
- La communication avec l'envoi de toutes les informations par WhatsApp quelques jours avant notre arrivée
- Le personnel très gentil
- La propreté
- Le coin café / thé / biscuits / eau fraiche mis à disposition gratuitement et rechargé régulièrement
- Le frigo mis à disposition pour pouvoir pouvoir stocker nos produits frais
- La possibilité de laisser notre valise quelques heures après notre départ

Amazing. Loved this place. Perfect for couples.
Pros:

Everything is amazing. They have little pastries and a coffee machine. The staff are lovely. Location is excellent. 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely rebook this place.

La posizione è ottima, a due minuti dalla metro e a pochi minuti dalle attrazioni principali.
Trovo che sia stato molto carina la sala bar comune con a disposizione tutto il necesaario per fare colazione.
Lo staff cordiale e le camere pulite con tutti i servizi presenti.

Great location, very comfortable room and great value for money. Also, the free snacks bar with water, milk, tea and coffee is a great plus. We had a great stay here!

Cons:

The phonic isolation between the room and the hallway wasn t great, but there wasn't much noise as there are only a few rooms per floor, so not many people go through the hallway anyway. However, you couldn t hear anything from other rooms, which is more important!

Location was central and walkable to many attractions or easily accessible by bus or metro.
Pros:

Front desk staff were very kind. Room & bed were comfortable. Access to free bottled water, coffee, ice cream, pastries & fruits was nice.

Cons:

Coffee and pastries were in a common area, need to be very quiet in early morning or late nights using the elevator, going in & out of room door due to the small hallways.

Convenient location and the room has alittle balcony overlooking the street. The room insulation was great so we couldn’t hear the noise from the streets. The receptionist was very friendly
