Wonderful hotel, the staff were exceptional and could not do enough to make our stay here such a memorable experience. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious! The garden here is beautiful. Would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely return. Thank you all so much.

Un super hôtel au calme , tout en étant proche du centre de Florence
Pros:

La propreté, le charme de l’établissement, le service, le petit déjeuner et le dîner

Cons:

Mauvaise insonorisation dans la chambre B, les fenêtres à hauteur du passage des vélos et piétons , nous n’avons pas pu ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer et le bruit était gênant

Le cadre : la campagne en ville .
Le soin apporté à l’atmosphère et la décoration .
La proximité immédiate avec les rives de l’Arno .
Il est tout à fait possible de naviguer à pied uniquement .

L’accueil à la fois discret ,efficace et chaleureux.
La qualité du petit déjeuner .

Cons:

Une petit bémol sur l’usure de de certains éléments dans les lofts : espace kitchenette .
L’isolation phonique pourrait peut être être améliorée .

It's a little bit far from the city center, but there's a tram station near by and you can get to the Main Train Station in 10 min max.

Beautiful room, lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Little oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. So nice to have access to the beautiful garden - one of the most gorgeous beds we’ve ever stayed in and the aesthetic of the room was stunning (we even got an upgrade on arrival).

Honestly. It was a lovely stay.

Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre. Velux uniquement et store pour la nuit ne se fermait pas complètement.
