Comfy bed & friendly staff
Dirty grout in bathroom & although the breakfast was nice while I was eating it I was very sick a few hours later - can’t be certain it was the breakfast but I’m pretty sure it was
Perfect location for what we needed
Nothing
Staff were very friendly. Clean. Accommodating.
The bed was big, the walk in shower was great and the people were nice
The room has no aur conditioning so to let some fresh air in you HAVE to open a window. The windows you can open are the size of a sheet of paper so to let more air in than you use or to let the heat out that has build up during the last hot days the windows have to stay open. Sadly all the king size rooms are located towards the street. On a saturday night at 3am there were cars every 5-15seconds reaching 70db (cars) and up to 85db inside the room (occaisonal trucks). We fell asleep around 4am due to pure exhaustion.
It's not like we didn't see that coming - we talked to the front desk about it but they were fully booked so our room "upgrade" that we paid for was such a big fat downgrade.
My partner was too tired to go to breakfast so i went on my own and I waited an hour for breakfast and 45min for the coffee I ordered.
Ah also the toilett is mounted to some wooden panel and is loose - everytime you go you better pray and maybe lose a few pounds before you arrive.

Lovely hotel
Nothing
Bar staff were lovely and helpful, the cooked breakfast was excellent.
There was only a small amount of continental breakfast displayed, even when topped up still only small amounts including water and juice. Room decor was really dark.
Room was lovely, spacious and super clean. The beds were so comfortable and we got a good night's sleep to break up our journey home from the airport. Excellent value for money.
No lifts to top floor with very heavy suitcase. No offer to help me with bags. However, we managed ourselves in the end.
Location was the reason we chose the moorings as we had a family reunion nearby.
No lift as we're elderly.
La chambre impeccable, le calme et l'accueil était parfait.
La gentillesse du réceptionniste et le service au restaurant était très appréciable.
Le repas était très bien. J'avais choisi du canard et il était parfaitement cuit (rosé)
Location. The room had a bath. Breakfast was nice.
There were no sockets by the bed so we had to ask for an extension lead which was provided by reception. The bathroom was pokey. There wasn't room for a toilet roll holder so the toilet rolls were placed on the cistern. This was OK but when you used the wash basin, splashes landed on the toilet rolls. Also, the wash basin had one of those God awful centre mixer taps which makes washing your face difficult and thus resulting in water splashing on the the afore mentioned toilet rolls.
Bed was comfortable.
First impressions were poor as manager ignored us waiting to check-in and carry on telephone conversation. Room we where allocated was downstairs in extension of original building. Not a very nice room, lighting poor, no bedside lights. Bathroom was the smallest ensuite I have ever experienced, when you sat on toilet your knees hit toilet door!. Had to take out extras in bathroom to get our toiletries in.
Prebooked breakfast was poor, scrambled eggs were rubbery.
The only good thing was staff in restaurant were friendly.
Hotel is overpriced for what it delivered. Obviously we will not stay there again. Pity as we have had good experiences of best western group.
Très bon accueil. Chambres spacieuses et confortables
