Un séjour confortable et au calme, idéal pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la propreté, le confort, la dimension spacieuse et le calme de la chambre. Nous avons également aimé l'espace restauration où nous avons pris le petit déjeuner et son buffet à volonté. Par contre, nous avons été déçues par les pâtisseries et viennoiseries proposées qui étaient industrielles et non achetées chez un artisan boulanger, nous aurions apprécié des produits d'une meilleure qualité, nous ne nous sommes pas régalées avec ces produits. Sinon nous avons apprecié les grille-pains mis à disposition et les oeufs brouillés et la charcuterie pour un déjeuner complet. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le fait qu'il y ait un supermarché en bas de l'hôtel avec un espace restauration et possibilité de faire chauffer des plats, ce qui nous a permis de limiter les frais de repas pendant notre séjour.

Cons:

L'éloignement de l'hôtel par rapport au centre historique de la ville, 40 min à pieds ça fait beaucoup. Et comme dit plus haut la mauvaise qualité des pâtisseries et viennoiseries non artisanales

Séjour très agréable
Pros:

À cause d'un retard de vol, nous sommes arrivées en retard par rapport à l'heure d'arrivée que nous avions communiqué initialement. Un acceuil chaleureux avec sourire de la part des deux jeunes filles à la réception . J'ai apprécié que les demandes spéciales pour la chambre étaient toutes prises en considération.
Hôtel calme, la chambre était spacieuse, toute propre et bien isolée.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et diversifié 👌🏻
Mercadona juste en bas de l'hôtel 😄😄

Cons:

Pour un hotel de 4 étoiles, les articles de toiletterie devraient être disponibles au niveau de la salle de bain. Mais ce n'était pas le cas, on devait appeler la réception pour les mettre à notre disposition :/

Servicio y personal, la atención fue muy buena. Ubicado a poca distancia de los lugares emblemáticos, se puede ir caminando.

Pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger , il y a des entrepôts collés à l’hôtel du bruit dès 5h du matin
Cons:

Le bruit insupportable des livreurs de l’entrepôt collé à l’hôtel , j’ai demandé à ce qu’on me change de chambre mais aucune réponse, le room service débarque à 17h alors que je venais de rentrer dans la chambre ( toute la journée libre pour faire le nettoyage)

Pros:

A cama era bastante confortável e o quarto espaçoso. O pequeno-almoço era bastante variado.

Cons:

Não há estacionamento gratuito e é muito difícil estacionar na rua, mesmo a pagar. A alternativa foi o estacionamento coberto, partilhado com o hospital e o supermercado, que foi caríssimo. O chuveiro tinha pouca pressão.
