Pros:

The staff helped us to change the room and have the better city view. There is a big supermarket next to it. It’s not in the city center but the bus stop is 3 blocks away.

La habitación que me asignaron, después del precio que costó una sola noche, fue muy mala. Pasamos una calor horrible, teníamos que tener la ventana cerrada porque entraba mucho sol. Cuando cayó la noche, abrimos la ventana porque el aire acondicionado no daba el suficiente frío, permitiendo entrar mosquitos

Hôtel plutôt calme assez loin du centre à pied, personnels chaleureux

les lits jumeaux pas top car les lits ont des roulettes. Mon compagnon est tombé, les pieds du lit se sont cassés. Mais heureusement le personnel a réagi assez rapidement et nous ont donnés une autre chambre. Mais nous n'étions pas serein sur les lits jumeaux après cet incident.

Cons:

La chambre était plus tôt propre mais nous avions demandé a ce que la chambre soit faite et nous nous sommes retrouvés avec les même draps, qui n'ont pas été changé. Nous avons su car il y avait une tache sur le draps.

Limpieza, atenciones en la habitación.

Cons:

Correos electronicos enviados invitando a checkout online a partir de las 6 de la mañana del día de salida, uno, el mismo día de llegada, y otro, a a las 7,05 h de la mañana del día de salida, el cual nos despertó. No veo lógico esos correos insistentes para checkout online y menos el de las 7,05 h, que nos despertó.
