Very nice clean hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was very clean.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
Good location for getting around London

Cons:

The TV didn’t work. When switched on it said ‘no connection’ .
The kettle was faulty and overheated when used first and very nearly caused burns to my hand.
The shower was very hot in the morning and could not be regulated.
These are all fixable problems but only stayed one night

Rooms hot and tiny
Pros:

Beautiful exterior and location, however the room was tiny, hardly any room to walk past the end of the bed. The room was also hot and stuffy making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was basic with no hooks to hang towels. Additionally there was only coffee, no alternative hot drinks in room. Because the room was so hot, a terrible nights sleep was had.

Pros:

Staff very friendly, great variety of breakfast options, room was clean.
Good location and within walking distance from transport and places in surrounding area.

Cons:

Room was a bit dated (though we did read they are renovating)
Room was far too warm, a fan was provided but didn't make much difference as circulated the warm air.

Terrible
Pros:

Location ok. Tiny room at top of hotel with window blind closed with no way of opening it so no view. No wardrobe or shelves. In fact nowhere to put anything.

Cons:

Shower (joke) trickled water. It would have been impossible to wash hair. Pictures in site bear no resemblance to what we saw.

Small and dated rooms
Noisy even after midnight
No air-con. Not enough power points. Had to chose between fan, lights and kettle!

Adequate and served a purpose
Pros:

It was in a good location for Hyde park and Earl’s Court. It was easy to get to from a tube station and had good amenities around it.

Cons:

Despite being a good location in terms of geography, is on the corner of a busy road. Lots happening, beeping, loud cars and early morning bin collections etc.

No aircon and the room had blinds but no curtains so it was very light.

Pros:

Location and easy to access.
Friendly staff member on arrival.
Coffee, water and bathroom products are available.

Cons:

The lift is old and shakey. Didn't feel safe.
The rooms are very small. The beds squashed against the wall, the room was hot but there was a fan at the foot of the bed.
We opened the window to let air in and was woken at 6am today metal banging and noise from the staff.
The morning staff on reception merely grunted at us when we asked about breakfast.
No other staff in the breakfast area but did see them eating behind the staff only door.
We skipped breakfast and checked out early.
Add to that I emailed the hotel 3 times before arrival to confirm booking and never got any reply.
The bathroom is tiny, im 5ft 4 and struggled, my boyf is 6ft4 and could barely fit to use the facilities

Zweckmäßige schlafen
Pros:

Die Lage zum erkunden ist gut .

Das Frühstück war auch ausreichend.

Cons:
