Cons:

Had a quadruple room. Only two double sockets for the four of us. Had to keep unplugging kettle, fans, phone chargers etc.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger super godt i forhold til forskellige undergrundsstationer - især Earls Court - og har supermarkeder, cafeer, restauranter og den skønneste lille bager lige i nærheden!
Personalet er SÅ søde og hjælpsomme og går virkelig den ekstra mil for, at man som gæst føler sig godt tilpas!
Ja, hotellet er af ældre dato, og værelsesindretningen er lidt sammensat af dette og hint, men der er de ting, der skal være, badeværelset er stort og fint og de holder det rent og pænt! Så alt i alt er det et skønt sted, vi gerne vender tilbage til!!

Cons:

Der var ikke alverden til skabsplads, når nu man var to tøser afsted, men altså pyt, vi boede lidt i vores kufferter, og så gik det sgu ganske fint! Ingen grund til brok over det!!

Worst of my life
Pros:

Location; polite staff.

Cons:

Rooms do not correspond to the reality. Barely any furniture to put your things, no wardrobe, just a metal bar with hangers. The bathroom is very tiny. When you’re in the toilet you’re almost inside the shower. The shower head was full of limescale, and you could barely reach the sink to do anything. My room faced the sun directly the whole afternoon and the window was broken (couldn’t stay open by itself) so, with the heatwave going on, the room turned into an oven. I had to use the trashcan to prop the window open and not suffocate. I couldn’t sleep at all either, not just because of the heat, but also because of the bar outside playing loud music until 4AM. The breakfast was okay, but I also only had pastries and coffee, so I can’t speak about the other breakfast options.
The location is indeed good, because it’s close to the subway and close to cafes and supermarkets.
However, it’s baffling to me that this is, allegedly, a 3 star hotel… The whole experience was simply so uncomfortable and disagreeable that I left earlier than I intended, so I did not stay for 3 nights. I just had to escape asap.

Det var virkeligt skuffende, gammelt og slidt og værelset var dybt kritisabelt. Vi kommer ikke igen.
Pros:

Morgenmaden var ok, Personalet var hjælpssomme når du bad om hjælp til feks bagage da elevatoren ikke virkede og ikke blev repareret imens vi var der. Beliggenheden var rigtig god.

Cons:

Værelset var som et kosteskab, med en 120x200 seng til 2 voksne. Der var ikke andet en en bøjlestang til tøj med 5 bøjler til 2 gæster med store kufferter, som der heller ikke var plads til. der var ikke andre møbler end den lille seng at sidde på hvis man feks ville drikke en kop kaffe eller andet på værelset, måtte man sidde i sengen. Værelse under al kritik til 1300,- pr overnatning. vi var der under hedebølge og fik 2 blæsere der larmede så ekstremt at man ikke kunne sove for dem, og heller ikke for varmen, hvis de var slukket.

Prima, maar één keer was genoeg
Pros:

De bedden waren schoon en prima matrassen. Elke dag kregen we schone handdoeken en schone kopjes. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Niet heel veel keuze, maar wel genoeg.
We sliepen op de onderste verdieping.
De eerste nacht leek het wel daglicht in de slaapkamer door een lamp dat buiten op het hotel scheen. Er hingen geen goede gordijnen voor de ramen. Dit hebben we aangegeven en de andere avonden hadden we er geen last meer van.

We misten goede gordijnen voor het raam.
De kamers zien er niet zo luxe en verzorgd uit als op de foto's.
De badkamer was klein, dat is op zich geen probleem, maar er was ook geen plankje waar we de toiletspullen op konden zetten of een haakje waar je de handdoek op kon hangen.
Bij het uitchecken leverden wij deur pasje in, het enige wat de dame zei was 'Have a nice day'
De vraag hoe het verblijf was, was wel zo netjes geweest.

We loved London and while disappointed at first the hotel did their best to make our stay better
Pros:

Location was great. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us when the first room they put us in was really bad. Room was downstairs with bars on the windows and lots of noise from the street at nightime. Staff changed our room the next day and the stay was much more comfortable

Cons:

Rooms are very small but that is London.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location is good, just around the corner from earls court tube station.

Cons:

Room was tiny, the double bed was too big for the size of the room, couldn't walk around it at all. Two of us stayed and were practically tripping over each other trying to navigate the room.
No air con, room was very hot and made sleeping uncomfortable, especially in warm weather.
Very small wardrobe to store clothes.
Breakfast was strange if you wanted something that wasn't a pastry.

Die Schönheit des Gebäudes von außen hat NICHTS mit den Zimmern zu tun!

Die Lage in super - darum wählte ich es aus. Sehr sicher, super zentral.

Cons:

Ich hatte wirklich noch nie - und ich reise viel - ein so schlechtes Zimmer und besonders Bad wie in diesem Hotel! Ich kam mir vor wie in einer Jugendherberge. Das Bad war so klein, dass Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken 1m² gerade so erreichten. Das Zimmer hatte von Nachmittag bis Abends die volle Sonneneinstrahlung und war am Abend so heiß, dass es kaum auszuhalten war. Da brachte auch der Standventilator von früher nichts mehr.
