Schlechtes Zimmer, nicht wie beschrieben.
Pros:

Das englische Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Das 2 Bettzimmer war überhaupt nicht wie beschrieben. Alles zu klein und nicht einmal ein Schrank oder Tisch obwohl es beschrieben war, kein Licht am Bett. Das gesamte Zimmer inklusive Bad alles alt und dreckig, Fliesen inklusive Fugen kaputt, Löcher im Fußboden und kein Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Klobrille lose.

POSIZIONE OTTIMALE AD EARL'S COURT!
Pros:

Posizione ottimale ad EARL'S COURT e vicina anche alla Metro di GLOUCESTER ROAD, in zona tranquilla esclusiva e ben servita, anche per la presenza di un grosso ipermercato nell'adiacente CROMWELL ROAD. Camera luminosa e letti comodi con la disponibilità di teiera e infusi a disposizione degli ospiti. Nel complesso buon rapporto qualità prezzo, considerata la zona centrale ed esclusiva.

Cons:

Camere un pò spartane con pochi appoggi per i vestiti e la biancheria, soprattutto in bagno. Struttura d'epoca in stile vittoriano, sicuramente di charme, ma che meriterebbe qualche restyling.

Perfect spot in the middle of the city
Pros:

The location of this hotel is more than perfect, Earl's Court and Gloucester Road tube stations are just a walkway. Breakfast is very delicious and with wide range of choices. This hotel has a very good price/value ratio, especially because it can accomodate 3-4-5 people or a family in one room, which is usually very rare. The staff was also very kind.

Cons:

There was no shelf or cabinet in the room to put things away. The heating pipes under the windows, near the carpet are very hot, so the kids sometimes burnt themselves with it and we as adults also burnt our feet until we learnt to pay attention, this is the only two things that I can mention. All others things were good.

Very enjoyable apart from Muslim breakfast
Pros:

Great location, very clean and friendly staff

Cons:

Only criticism is that we are in the UK and no full English Breakfast, only halal breakfast, why is that? Not really fair on British citizens who pay good money to stay in their own country

Couldn’t wait to get out of the claustrophobic room and return home.
Pros:

The location was good.

Cons:

Our allocated double room on the top floor was tiny. Hardly enough room to walk around the side of the bed.
No view from the window. No wardrobe for clothes. No telephone. No chairs.
All the above facilities were said to be part of the room description on Booking.com.
No mirror for my wife to use. Minuscule wash basin where you barely had enough room to brush your teeth.
The shower was uncontrollable and unusable due to the very hot water temperature. We didn’t bother having breakfast so can’t comment about that.
The receptionist didn’t seem very interested in our complaints.
Not what you expect when paying £187 for a one night stay for a double room.
