Great hotel, but misleading pricing if reserved online in advance.
Cons:

At check-in they did not have my card on file from my online reservation. And the room charge was more than what was quoted at the time of reservation.

It a wonderful hotel But starting to date.
Pros:

I love the location as we attend the trade fair which is right next door. I book a club room and the club facialities are excellent and grade when you are so busy. Food in the lounge was great although could vary a bit more.

Cons:

My room the decor is getting a bit old and worn, My curtains didnt work well the sheer wouldnt close properly, the hotel was so cold. I had to wear a cardigan when in the hotel.

朝食がおいしい。ホテルがきれい。

Cons:

部屋に小さなコバエがわいていたようで、滞在中に3匹処理しました。排水溝をクリーニングするといいと思います。

とても楽しい旅になりました。
Pros:

・部屋からの眺めが最高でした。
・スタッフの方が翻訳機など使って丁寧に対応してくださいました。
・プールで自由に遊べて子ども達も喜んでいました。

Cons:

・3泊4日朝食付きの予約だったので当然3回分朝食が付いてると思っていたら2回分しか付いていませんでした。予約内容に何も記載はなかったので現地で困りました。
・浴室の床や排水溝が汚く感じました。
・駅からショッピングモールを抜けて直結という事でしたが道のりが分かりづらく迷ってしまいました。

Das Meat Restaurant ist keine Michelin Empfehlung Wert! Qualität der Speisen und Getränke ist nicht gut genug. Der Service ist sehr sehr schlecht und langsam!

Die Zimmer sind veraltet und riechen nach Zigaretten und Küche!
