So far none🙂 i have a great time staying there

Badezimmer riecht sehr stark nach Chlor und hat eine schlechte bis keine Lüftung. Die Dusche überflutet das ganze Bad und trocknet aufgrund der fehlenden Lüftung nicht.
Zimmer wurde trotz 3 tägigen Aufenthalt nicht einmal gereinigt und Handtücher ausgetauscht.

Die Sauberkeit. Unter dem Bett wurde gar nicht gereinigt, da lag noch eine gebrauchte Petflasche. An den Fugen in der Dusche befand sich schwarzer Schimmel. Die Duschbrause lies sich nicht abnehmen und auch die Halterung ist nur für schön. Duschen ist damit eine Kunst für sich.

Trotz Zimmer in den Innenhof und Sonntagmorgen waren draussen morgens laute Geräusche 🤷🏻‍♂️

We absolutely did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. I rarely write negative reviews, but unfortunately, in this case I feel it is necessary.

First, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. It was not cooling the room and was extremely noisy. We were staying in Munich during very hot weather, with temperatures around 35°C. I contacted reception several times, but unfortunately no action was taken. In the end, we had to sleep with the window open because the air conditioning was simply unbearable.

Unfortunately, the location made the situation even worse. The area is very busy, with many shops and restaurants, and it can remain extremely noisy until 3–4 am. With no working air conditioning, we had to keep the window open, which made it almost impossible to sleep.

The overall room experience was also very disappointing. There was no refrigerator or basic amenities that we would expect from a four-star hotel. Most importantly, the bedding did not feel clean. When it was too hot, we removed the duvet from its cover and found visible sweat stains and other marks on it, which was very unpleasant.

The few days we spent here were honestly a terrible experience. I never expected this level of service and comfort from a four-star hotel. In my opinion, this hotel does not come close to four-star standards. Based on our experience, I would rate it no more than two stars.

I booked requesting a ground floor room as i do not use lifts. When checking in i was initially allocated a second floor room, upon discussion this was then changed to a first floor.
In the evenings the lights on the stairways up to the first floor did not work leaving both the staircases and the landing extremely dark.
Room advertised as with 'ironing facilities' and 'iron'. My room had neither.
Room was not cleaned once or bedding / towels changed during my three nights, four day stay !
Reception staff available 24/7 ... but reception itself is not manned as such re staff are in backroom office which means you are hanging about waiting at reception desk until someone comes out. A 'bell or buzzer' on the reception desk would help as it could be used to get the staffs attention.
Hotel location was good re the main rail station, but the area itsef is somewhat rundown and some may say 'a little seedy' re several 'Gentlemens' clubs on the same street and nearby. Also groups of males 'loitering' about on streets day and night. None of these things effected me much and of cousre this is out of the hotels control. People of a quieter dispostion, or single females, even though all the male gathrings might well be very nice people, maybe might find these things a little 'intimidating. Considering the streets were always busy, both day and night, my room was very quiet ( at rear of hotel ).

لما جينا مع الشنط م لقينا موقف نوقف السياره لحد م ننزل الشنط

اللي م عجبني حول الفندق م حسيت بالامان أبداً قبل تغرب الشمس ونحنا بالفندق الشارع كله مدخنين واشياء ثانيه وناس تشحد لدرجه رحلتنا كانت الفجر وكنا نفكر كيف نخرج للمواقف بالليل بس لما طلعنا الحمدلله كان سهالات

Siamo rimasti 4 giorni, e nessuno è mai venuto a pulire la camera o cambiare gli asciugamani, nonostante le nostre richieste in reception, dove ci hanno risposto che avremmo dovuto chiederlo. Nonostante ciò, nessuno ha pulito comunque.
