Wonderful Apartment in a Perfect Location
Pros:

This is our second stay at The Docks on Goodwin. It's hard to image a better location from which to base yourself to enjoy everything that Brisbane has to offer. With the new walkway from Kangaroo Point to the CBD its a short 10min walk to the city and then a 10min walk back to enjoy the sanctuary of Kangaroo Point. The Docks on Goodwin is very comfortable and has everything to make for an enjoyable stay, including a lovely heated pool, a well equipped gym, spacious, well appointed rooms, some with great views of the river. On top of all this just around the corner is the wonderful Story Bridge Hotel and Mobo Japanese Restaurant and the simply divine Christain Jacques Bakery and Fusion & Dumplings House for a takeaway option.
We love walking and we were spoilt for choice with great walks in every direction, including walks to the CBD and Botanic Gardens, Southbank (by 3 or 4 different routes), Teneriffe and many more.
We booked a Studio Apartment, which we had previously stayed in and enjoyed but this time we were unexpectedly upgraded to a 1 Bedroom Executive Aparment, which was fantastic. Our apartment was on the 5th floor, river facing, so we had a sensational view of the river, enjoyed from a lovely big balcony.

Cons:

We loved everything about our apartment. If we had to find fault the only, minor issue, was that our fridge was a tad noisy, which we could block out at night by closing the bedroom door.

Fijn appartement op toplocatie!

Fijn appartement, goed bed, ruime badkamer en keuken waarin alles aanwezig was. Locatie was super, via de loopbrug stond je binnen een kwartier in hartje Brisbane.
