Pros:

Tout !nous avons été surclassés, dans un appartement avec deux chambres ,1SdB et 1 sde,2 balcons, logement tres bien équipé et très confortable, le parking souterrain avec place réservé au logement est un plus dans ces grandes villes. Très bien situé,tout se fait à pieds ou en bateau.
Dans cuisine il y a tout le nécessaire.
Les personnes de l accueil sont très sympathiques.

Cons:

De partir du logement tellement nous nous y trouvions bien.😍

Awesome as always, we won’t stay anywhere else
Pros:

Location, cleanliness and everything! Executive suite and extra bed.
Staff are lovely.

Cons:

Loved everything, but next time would love the water view, which we have previously had the pleasure of. This visit the executive suite was open and not enclosed, but still good.

The room was not clean the bedding had stains on it the windows in the bedroom were very dirty on the inside and the TV wifi was rubbish.

Finding the reception on a busy night proved a challenge. The streets were very busy as it was a public holiday.

Awful customer service
Pros:

Location was good and the room was a good size.

Cons:

Workmen outside of our room and by the swimming pool . Redecorating at the time and the smell of paint was overwhelming, we did report it at time and was offered another room on the same floor which was not resolving the situation. We have continously emailed the property to complain and they have ignored us . Customer service has been shocking and I feel that this is because we are expected to just put up with it because we are tourists from England . It's a shame as these apartments are in a great central location, however they are not the cheapest and because of this, we would expect better customer service. There was no prior warning to works being completed on our stay , just a notice in the lift the night before. Also had a letter pushed through out door to ask for our door to be left open , this was not okay . At this time they have not responded to me and blankly refused compensation for the 2 nights we stayed elsewhere, stating that they were painting outside our door , yes they were in the corridor that was completely right outside our door .

Good location
Pros:

The location was good for walking to the city and general walking around and exploring. A great bakery close by but closes at 1pm.good coffee from pub and cafe close by.
