Wir würden trotz Zimmergröße auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Bewachter Parkplatz.
Sauberer, geheizter Außenpool.
Sehr sauber, schöne helle Zimmereinrichtung. Gute Matratzen.
Sehr freundliches, kompetentes, zuvorkommendes Personal.

Tolles Frühstück vom Buffet, Extrawünsche werden umgesetzt.

Cons:

Gläser im Zimmer aus Plastik.
Wir die hatten die Suite Superior mit Balkon, diese war für eine Woche Aufenthalt doch etwas klein - Wenig Schrankfächer, Schubladen im Kleiderschrank. Kein Platz um die Koffer wegzuräumen .

Zwei wunderschöne Tage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. die Lage des Hotels war super. Es war der Ort in 6 min. erreichbar und ebenso der See. der Ort Bardolino ist entzückend und wir würden wieder hinfahren , empfehlenswert.

Great location and very clean. Great staff especially the reception staff.
Pros:

Lovely location overlooking the Lake.
Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly.
The reception staff were exceptional, any problems we had ie they supplied a fan as air conditioning was switched off. They fixed the TV. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel..

Cons:

I would’ve liked more fruit options and more hot options too.

An exceptional stay, so good that we extended it by two more nights.

Cons:

We originally booked three nights and enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay by two more nights. The reception team was outstanding: warm, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and great service. The spa was a real highlight, very relaxing and beautifully maintained. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bardolino and Lake Garda.
