Pros:

Hotel super bem localizado numa região financeira, segura e moderna de Santiago. Está há poucos passos de mercadinhos, farmácias e do metrô, sem falar da proximidade com o MUT e SKY Costanera, fomos todos os dias a pé para lá. Os quartos são bem espaçosos e confortáveis. O café da manhã é ok, mas nada que comprometa. Os funcionários sempre solícitos e dispostos a ajudar quem não fala espanhol. O hotel também disponibiliza um kit de café da manhã para quem precisa sair muito cedo para ir aos passeios. Ficaria hospedado novamente!

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Excelente hotel, com ótimo custo-benefício! O quarto bem limpo, café da manhã bem gostoso. O bairro é excelente, com metrô, ônibus, shopping, mercados, farmácia, tudo muito próximo. Além da segurança de poder caminhar de dia e de noite também.

Pros:

A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e a localização é excelente, a melhor da cidade, perto de tudo e com várias opções de restaurantes e passeios na região.

Cons:

O hotel fica ao lado de uma avenida muito movimentada, as janelas não tem isolamento acústico, então se você se incomoda com o barulho do trânsito, vai sofrer um pouco.
