Pros:

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, perto de tudo, dando pra acessar tudo a pé.
O café da manhã é excelente, servido pontualmente a partir das 06h.
Funcionários atenciosos, sempre disponíveis para ajudar.
O quarto tem um excelente tamanho, boa cama, o ar-condicionado funcionava bem.

Cons:

O hotel está com instalações precisando de manutenção e reparos.
Tivemos problemas na caixa de descarga do banheiro, o chuveiro não funcionava sempre a água quente, e em um banho um pouco mais longo, a água vazava do box para a parte externa do banheiro. E precisamos solicitar um edredom, pois no quarto tinha apenas lençóis finos.

O Atendimento inicial foi quase mal humorado. A água do chuveiro não esquenta de jeito nenhum. Na segunda noite o ar condicionado começou a pingar o chão próximo da cama de casal ficou inundado. O quarto nos três dias não foi arrumado. Tivemos que pedir toalhas e papel higiênico.

Ótima localização, cama confortável!

Cons:

O chuveiro quente não estava quente, não tinha shampoo no banheiro, a sorte que sempre levamos. Mas o pior foi o café da manhã, de longe, o PIOR café da manhã em hotéis e pousadas que já comi na minha vida. Se esforçaram pra deixar tudo que comi, ruim, até um ovo que fizeram na hora.
