Sehr einladender Rezeptionsbereich; sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende, aber niemals aufdringliche Mitarbeitende.
Gute Parkmöglichkeiten; ÖPNV (S-Bahn Richtung Flughafen bzw. Innenstadt; preiswertes Tagesticket) unmittelbar vor dem Haus (ohne belästigende "Nebenwirkungen").
Großzügig bemessene und ansprechend designte Zimmer; Betten und Bad top.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, deutlich vielseitiger als das übliche Einerlei.

Cons:

Dazu fällt mir nichts ein.

Für einen Messebesuch in Stuttgart ist das Hotel ideal gelegen.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Die S Bahn ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich zusätzlich ein Taxistand.

Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und das Personal beim Frühstück war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Mir war vor meinem Aufenthalt besonders wichtig, ein ruhiges Zimmer zu erhalten, da ich einen wichtigen Kongress besucht habe. Bereits vorab hatte ich telefonisch nachgefragt, da in mehreren Rezensionen erwähnt wurde, dass sich manche Zimmer nicht vollständig verdunkeln lassen und es in einigen Bereichen nachts laut sein kann. Mir wurde zugesichert, dass ich bei schriftlicher Angabe meines Zimmerwunsches ein ruhiges Zimmer bekomme.

Vor Ort erhielt ich dennoch ein Zimmer über dem Restaurant. Auf meine erneute Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde mir versichert, dass im zweiten Stock keinerlei Lärm aus der Bar oder dem Restaurant zu hören sei. Die erste Nacht war ruhig, in der zweiten Nacht fand jedoch direkt unter uns eine Hochzeitsfeier bis spät in die Nacht statt. An Schlaf war leider kaum zu denken.

Schade war vor allem, dass auf meinen ausdrücklich schriftlich, sowie zweimal mündlich geäußerten Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer letztlich keine Rücksicht genommen wurde.
