Pros:

Great B&B, but a bit out of the action
Pros:

It was a nice stay. We had top floor, so stairs made it not so easy to get to our room.
Breakfast was great. I wouldn't say it's close to anything, but their are a few shops around. The hotel 3 doors down has a restaurant and bar. We didn't go, so I can't rate it.

Cons:

Large room that could easily have a table and 2 chairs to sit at, but it didn't.

Gestione del servizio pulizia camere discutibile (su 3 notti la pulizia del bagno non è stata effettuata giornalmente).

Clean and comfortable with easy access to the city centre.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Comfy home feel. Breakfast staff were lovely. Easy bus transport to city centre or 25m walk.

Cons:

Shower water pressure was adequate but low.

Disappointed for the cost.
Pros:

The parking was good and staff on reception helpful.

The breakfast was varied but mostly continental with a few cooked egg options.

Cons:

The shower was dreadful either scalding hot or freezing cold it was actually dangerous in my opinion.

Because of the layout of the hotel and breakfast rooms if people were leaving they were walking through the rooms with luggage and in one instance a dog when people were walking around with hot drinks. Again this is dangerous.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft nahe Belfast City
Pros:

Nette Unterkunft in guter Lage zum Zentrum von Belfast, sehr freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Unser Dachgeschosszimmer war sehr klein mit eigenem Bad über den Flur.

Excellent établissement !
Pros:

Nous avons adoré l’esprit « guess house », le quartier calme et authentique, la chambre grande, propre et lumineuse, le personnel très accueillant et l’excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il est à 30 minutes à pied du centre mais la promenade est agréable. Ce n’est pas vraiment un point négatif

The property is worth more than the price I paid.
Pros:

Location is good, the room is clean and spacious. The room where I stayed was quiet and the outside view is nice full of green trees. Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly especially Nguyen. I will definitely come back again.

Pros:

I had a short but lovely stay here. The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated and cosy. Breakfast was simple but good and the staff were all friendly and helpful!
