Pros:

Trina was very welcoming and helpful on arrival. There was offstreet parking, which was great as we had a car. The hotel was within easy reach of Belfast city centre.

Cons:

The electric showers were a bit unpredictable

Poky room for money
Pros:

Location is good

Cons:

Room 15 avoid - it is super small and has a separate bathroom which I must have missed when booking. Unfortunately the night I stayed there was a family with children that were screaming so wasn’t the nicest of stats. I say at the warren properties a lot but I just got a bad room . For the amount I paid it was poky !

Shower pole was rusty
A bit tired in some of the fixtures and fittings
Tv was too small to watch from the bed in its location

Dat er een parkeerplaats voor de auto was. Het was schoon maar sommige leidingen waren erg oud en dat ziet er dan niet schoon uit.

Cons:

Dat ik vanaf een aantal dagen voor aankomst bestookt werd met mail, appjes en berichten over mijn aankomsttijd. Ook al had ik hier al op geantwoord, het bleef doorgaan, heel irritant.
Personeel zei het hoognodige en dat was het.

Cons:

High charge for dog. Being chased for payment for dog. Told breakfast was not included when it was. Cookie bits and scrunched up paper under bed. No dog poo bins. Breakfast: only eggs for hot items.

I would stay here again when back in Belfast. Great location to Queen's University!

Highly recommend , we enjoyed breakfast and staff were great .
Pros:

Lovely property , we got the last room which is tiny with a bathroom across the hall so wouldn’t recommend room 15 , other rooms looked lovely however .

Cons:

Just our teeny tiny room .

Great location and comfortable stay
Pros:

It's in a quiet neighborhood. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are clean, well appointed and have a comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good.
