I requested 2 single beds but got 1 single and 1 cot bed which was very uncomfortable ,
Very little hot food choice for breakfast.
La habitación es muy bonita y cómoda. Además tiene aparcamiento propio y gratuito. El personal que nos atendió fue muy amable y además, hablaba español. Esta a 7 minutos en coche centro y a 30 minutos caminando en una zona residencial, super tranquila. Las instalaciones son encantadoras en una casa tipo victoriana...preciosas.
Que no tiene ascensor y nos tocó subir las maletas por un escalera diminuta y empinada de madera hasta un segundo piso. Y,, que al ser de madera, principalmente, se escucha todo de los vecinos.
location was good, bed was comfortable and pleasant decor.
the weather was?quite warm making the room too hot to sleep, the small fan provided was ineffective. Breakfast was pricey and not available until 7.30 which is a bit late for some travellers. The time of Breakfast was not provided in the written pamphlet or when the reception mentioned it..only that we would need to decide before he finished on the desk at 6.30 pm.

La chambre était très grande pour trois personnes, très confortable et située dans un quartier calme et très British. Le plateau de courtoisie fut très apprécié après avoir passé la journée à vadrouiller.

L’accueil à notre arrivée: le jeune homme était revêche, on avait l’impression de le déranger.
La différence de taille des chambres: nous voyagions avec des amis: leur salle de bain était de taille de notre chambre.
Le fait de se faire réveiller à 7:00 du matin, parce que l’armoire électrique de la maison était dans l’entrée de notre chambre et qu’un problème électrique s’était produit

We were on the top floor during an unusual, very warm spell and the room was uncomfortably hot for most of the time; fans were available in the room but on arrival they were not running and windows were closed - room was unbearably hot at first. Fans had to be left on all night to make it bearable

L'insonorisation : on entend les chambres voisines et du dessus: chaque mouvement fait grincer, craquer le plancher/ plafond.
La salle de bains: très bruyante dès qu'on allume la lumière; la lumière au dessus du miroir s'arrête après quelques secondes.
Pas de voilages aux fenêtres pour la journée : vis à vis sans intimité

Receptionist very friendly, checking in & out was easy. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.
Very small room. Over priced. Shower needed repairing. Only eggs option for cooked breakfast. Poor fruit selection. No AC in the attic room. Poor parking facilities.
Gorgeous period style property, very comfortable and clean.
It’s a small boutique place but exactly what we needed for a short layover. Perfectly clean, super comfy. Excellent value. I left a bag behind and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind making sure they kept it safe while I arranged pickup - endlessly patient as I kept changing my plan!
For the price I cannot fault anything at all. As comfortable and clean as anything I get
