Pros:

房間配備都挺好的～～隔音也不錯
床柔軟度剛好
住一晚很舒適（當天還有提早入住房間👍🏻

Cons:

沒有不滿意的地方
只有覺得電梯設置有點複雜
另外如果飯店有提供飲水機會比較環保
然後在入住前幾天有致電詢問桑拿的設施卻在電話裡沒有告知桑拿維護中短期不開放
覺得下次可以提早告知

スタッフの方々がとてもフレンドリーで親切です。到着日が姉の誕生日だったのですが、チェックインの際に、おめでとうと祝ってくださいました。お部屋は広く、清潔です。清掃時間のリクエストも快く聞き入れてくださいました（状況次第ではあると思います）。10階食堂のモーニングビュッフェも、品数が多く大満足でした！卵料理が複数から選べるのが、特に良いと思いました(^^) 朝食は8時半以降、特に混み始める印象です。ホテルの前には基本的にタクシーが待機しており、外出に便利でした。

Excellent location
Pros:

My family and I stayed at this property for a couple of nights. Overall, our stay was good. Unfortunately, the taps are not user friendly. Difficult to turn off.
There are malls near the hotel and it is walking distance (10 mins) to Taipei 101. Hotel is clean and conveniently located.
There are good breakfast shops within walking distance too (6 min).

🎂在W慶生，度過難忘、欣賞信義區美景的生日之夜
Pros:

此次入住的是奇幻套房 (Fantastic Suite)，對於W提供的接待服務非常滿意，包含從上午於WOOBAR用餐，一直到Check-In，之後晚上在最頂樓的YEN Bar紫艷酒吧觀賞101、享用餐點 & 飲品，整體都受到W酒店非常貼心的服務招待。

特別在紫艷酒吧還為我安排了視野絕佳的包廂，能讓我看到完美的夜景，用餐前女工作人員針對餐點的細心說明也印象深刻，而且當天生日，本來酒吧是要再給我蛋糕祝賀的，但後來獻上了我此生以來慶生未曾享用過的壽桃，給予我十足的驚喜感，也覺得非常有紀念意義。

房間入夜時，不僅對外可以俯瞰信義區美景，還吃了W精心特製的創意蛋糕，亦有收到飯店端親筆手寫的小卡，整體來說，從生日當天早上至隔天中午退房，確實是無可挑剔的，未來在有其他紀念日的場合，我想我還會再選擇入住W酒店，非常感謝W給了我一次難忘的體驗。

Comfort and Convenience
Pros:

The W hotel in Taipei is within easy walking distance to several world class malls, many of the city’s sites, too many restaurants to count, and a metro stop. Those factors alone would be enough to stay at the W. But it is the comfort of the W that puts it ahead of the rest.
The rooms are good sized and very well laid out. There are many extra touches throughout such as Bose speakers and martini shakers. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The toilet controls rival NASA’s control room. We were on an upper floor and had a lovely view of the large relaxing pool.
We tried two of the restaurants. The breakfast buffet had many options. None were spectacular but everything was very tasty and well prepared. The staff during peak hours gets very busy and it is difficult to get a refill of coffee. We also tried the woobar. At times there is a DJ and the area gets very loud. The food is a nice mix. After seeing several patrons order the high tea we wished we had done the same. It looked delicious.
This was our first time staying at a W , it will not be the last. The W is a gem in Taipei.

Pros:

In addition to having an epic pool deck, gym and restaurant/bar, the hotel is in the heart of convenient subway and bus connections as well as shopping and dining areas. Further, the hotel staff and particularly, the concierges, were extremely helpful from securing train tickets to sharing dinner and tour recommendations. Loved our stay, relaxing, fun and hope to return.

Overpriced Hotel
Pros:

Aside from the location, I don't believe this property offers good value for the money. The rate is not competitive even with the corporate rate, and the staff service does not match the high rate. Additionally, suite upgrade rewards are not available here—as always. And despite being an Ambassador member, I did not receive any benefits at this property.
