good food and drink availability ..wasnt crowded when we were there so a relaxing experience on the beach and the resort
the buffet wasn't exceptional and food would not get replaced once over...that was a bit of a let down...one had to keep asking
Conflicting information from multiple staff in Reception
Failure of housekeeping to provide requested wine in fridge on 2 of 3 nights
Failure of management to make available a corner suite, as depicted in the online photo of the suite we booked. Instead we were given only a much smaller non corner suite. We were told that the photo was merely "indicative" of some of the suites in the same category, thereby effectively agreeing that the photo was intentionally misleading to justify charging a higher price for the smaller suite. Then refusing a price adjustment .
All dinner dining options required a reservation so the one fine dining restaurant was fully booked during our entire stay other than the last night at 8:30pm
The place is great and a quiet area
The staff and the fat that is a 5 starts hotel and there aren’t 5 starts service besides the fact that they do an all-inclusive service wich need reservations otherwise you might end up without dinner..

Food was v poor and not up to standard for a supposedly 5* hotel. V basic food like a 3.5* hotel. Most days food were inedible esp during dinner. We had to change to different restaurants as tapas was so poor.
Food and cocktails were v bad.
We had an exceptional stay during our honeymoon and were extremely happy with our experience. The service was outstanding, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the facilities were beautiful and impeccably maintained. The food was excellent with great variety and quality, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The spa was exceptional. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Everything! This hotels was one of the best places we have stayed. Staff was amazing, Dwayne the bar man was so lovely thanks again!
Large and comfortable modern room. Beautiful outdoor spaces and excellent location near shops and restaurants. Great beach setup with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas along either side several pools.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert!
The bed was amazing we had a wonderful sleep , the bathroom was enormous and spotlessly clean, the white company products were an added bonus, the suite overlooked the ocean in the new block, ( highly recommend opting for this section of the hotel as its newer ) dinner in ORO was fantastic
Queuing for 15 mins for a table for a buffet breakfast when there are tables free seemed a very strange system but heyho. Otherwise I was a little agitated that I emailed ahead and also completed the check in data sheet to confirm I was both gluten and dairy free yet there were no dairy free options for breakfast ( other than soya and oat milk for my tea ) no plant based butter or yoghurt or anything of that nature and it took 25 mins to get 2 soggy defrosted slices of gluten free bread, there were no other parties or rolls or anything to choose from. In 2025 there are so many people who follow dietary restrictions so this hotel needs to up its game in this regard. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay
