Pros:

The staff who checked me in Daniel did a great job, with the way he received my family.
The staff that checked me out Viviana, was also great.
They both have great customer service skills.

Not a great hotel experience, except for breakfast
Pros:

Bed clean. Breakfast was great with awesome smiling staff.

Cons:

sofa was filthy and worn out
Fine prints and surcharges. I am Hilton Honors member and despite that, the hotel offered late checkout with a $100 charge (rooms were available). So they do not follow hilton honors.
Additional Parking charge seems unreasonable
