Children under 12 years old are NOT allowed to enter to the Spa. Please note that it is required to make reservation to access to the Spa. Hotel Grums Barcelona's restaurant serves breakfast every morning from 07:00 to 10:30h and can also be enjoyed on the patio. Dinner is served daily from 18:30 to 22:30h. Our Grums Restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, and there is also a bar, lounge and patio terrace where drinks are served. Room service is available for a surcharge of EUR 3. Private parking is available exclusively for our guests for a surcharge of 30€. At check-in, guests must show a valid ID and a credit card as a guarantee to cover possible extra expenses. Special conditions and extra charges can be apply to group reservations of more than 5 rooms.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Sehr gute Lage. Freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war wie auf den Bildern

Cons:

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Sie sind mir schon beim Einzug aufgefallen, danach wurden es immer mehr.

Das Hotel hat keinen Pool, sondern nur einen Spa-Bereich, der nichts Besonderes ist. Den Spa muss man buchen und die Dauer beträgt 50 Minuten.

Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel bien situé, malgré une insonorisation qui mériterait d’être améliorée.
Pros:

La chambre était agréable, avec une belle terrasse et un lit très confortable. L’hôtel est également bien situé, ce qui permet de visiter facilement Barcelone. Le ménage était globalement bien réalisé et le spa est appréciable une fois le créneau réservé.

Cons:

Le principal point négatif concerne l’insonorisation. Les chambres sont annoncées comme insonorisées, mais nous entendions très facilement les voisins, notamment leurs conversations et les nuisances lorsqu’ils étaient bruyants. En revanche, nous n’entendions pas du tout les bruits de la rue, ce qui était appréciable. La première nuit, des clients se sont disputés en pleine nuit, ce qui nous a empêchés de dormir correctement. Heureusement, cela ne s’est pas reproduit avec la même intensité les nuits suivantes, même si nous avons continué à être réveillés par des bruits provenant des chambres voisines. Nous avons également eu un peu de mal à réserver notre créneau au spa, le personnel étant parfois absent de la réception. Enfin, lorsque j’ai signalé les nuisances sonores la première nuit, une intervention a bien été effectuée, mais j’aurais apprécié un peu plus de considération pour la gêne occasionnée.

Heerlijk hotel, aanrader. Dichtbij de cruiseterminal van Barcelona.
Pros:

Airco supergoed, heerlijk koel met ruim boven de 30 graden buiten. Grote kamer. Rituals zeep. José van de receptie erg aardig en meedenkend. Legde alles goed uit, en gaf tips over de metro en te bezoeken plekken. Supermarkt Lidl om de hoek. Bedden heerlijk. Goede douche. Ontbijt uitgebreid en goed.
