Overall the stay was not bad, the location was perfect and good price.

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

What I signed up for online was not what I got. I signed up for a pet friendly place, the insurance to cancel and handicap. The rooms were not dirty to the eye, the rooms can be refreshed with paint and upgraded furniture. The main door did not have the secure lock, but it did have a bolt lock. The bathroom door did not close and the bathtub can be cleaned up around the corners.

Nothing, nothing at all 😔 I didn't get bed bugs this time

Cons:

Smelly refrigerator, had to sit the microwave on the floor to use, roaches, bad linen, it was like living in the projects. But at least I didn't get bed bugs this time.

Need a refund because they lied about having a working pool

Disappointed big time.,
Cereal and breakfast bars are not breakfast

Cons:

Said they a pool which is the whole reason we decided to stay there. After paying for room we asked were pool was and the guy said it been down for a while it was being repaired.
That’s not what it said when we booked the room

The staff was helpful.

Cons:

The room was very dated and somewhat unclean. I did not have an ice bucket. The bed was hard and all 3 pillows were different sizes.

Room 132 had roaches & bed bugs. When we arrived the room smelled like bug spray which was a red flag, the towels were dirty and they ran out of clean wash cloths for the quests. Also, they keep the TV remote in the office that you have to return to the front office at check out.
