Pros:

Вежливый персонал, но абсолютно не навязчивый. Чистый, просторный номер.
На завтрак разнообразный шведский стол. В целом цены в ресторане не высокие, готовят очень вкусно.
До аэропорта на такси 20 минут, что очень удобно.
Вокруг конечно грязища и разруха, но это Дели)
А отель прекрасный.
И кстати я заехала в 10 утра и доплату не взяли.

Cons:

Нет халатов, очень не хватает.

Disappointing, frustrated, badly handled, lack of support

Unannounced this booking was cancelled, without being informed by Booking.com or the hotel. On arrival after an 11 hour flight with 2 young children we were turned away from the property as it was full (despite having a booking.com confirmation). This was extremely badly handled, and we were turned away without any support or explanation from the hotel (apart from a statement that they were fully booked). Very disappointed with this from both booking.com and country inn.

Poor property spoiling Radissons brand repute.
Pros:

The Hotel had a functional Spa and good Gym.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty old fashioned. The mattress is uncomfortable and springy.
The location is in the middle of busy old market.

The restaurant food was very average. We had some very thick parathas in the breakfast.

The food preparation was unlike a Branded hotel.

The staff at the reception was very unpleasent and raw in dealing with Chk in and Chk out.

Cons:

The room pictures shown on websites are deceptive. They have shown large windows but all of the windows are blocked. There is no view at all and it feels terribly claustrophobic. They should mention so that customer can make an informed choice

Very nice indeed. Door staff were very helpful.
