It was just average, just because of the location I prefer staying here.

The food was good, the staff except at the receptiton was welcoming, decent and smiled like they should be doing

Cons:

1. Extremely late room service, had to call 6 times to get soiled dishes removed from the room.
2. Phone not being picked up or not working many times.
3. The lady at reception has a flat face, no expressions, seemed she doesnt like guests. At least the courtesy says you can welcome with smile and enthusiasm. She had no energy, no enthusiasm, no smile.

The price was unmatched for a 4-star property like this. I loved the property amenities, the spacious rooms, & the overall property. The food was super awesome. I would love to be part of this property once again if I get it at a price like this. A great experience received.
