This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Housekeeping completely failed to perform even the most basic responsibilities. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and used tea cups and food trays were left unattended despite repeated requests. The housekeeping staff were rude, unprofessional, and showed no concern for guest complaints.
The breakfast service was equally unacceptable. Staff stopped serving exactly at 10:30 AM, refusing even a brief 10 to 15-minute extension despite guests waiting to be served. Such poor hospitality and lack of customer care are unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend that we discontinue using this hotel for accommodating our fresh graduates during summer workshops until service standards improve significantly.

The central air conditioning is a blessing in disguise. The room is very large and the bathroom is also large and clean.
There was no fridge in the room, this should have been checked before the guests arrival.
