LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

El hotel es muy lindo.La parte del desayunador/comedor es muy buena.La comida a la carta es insuperable!!!!La vista desde las habitaciones es hermosa.
Las habitaciones no tienen buena iluminación.Si te querés maquillar en el baño es imposible verte bien.Lo mismo en la habitación, si bien tiene un buen espejo pero es tan baja la iluminación que nunca terminas de verte bien en detalle.No tiene lámpara o foco de techo ni sobre el espejo al menos para cambiarte.Es lo único que podría criticar
The view was nice, however around the hotel there is not much to see. My room was nice, spacious but some details looked like were old and need some maintenance mainly in the bathroom but were details.
The city is not nice in general. The hotel is good

The view is amazing. The location is great. Breakfast was extremely good. Rooms are comfortable.
The chair in our room was sort of broken and the door on the balcony did not close completely.
The room was nice enough but it just seemed a little worn out.

el desayuno buffet tenia mucha variedad de comida, lo que hacia que uno pudiera elegir a gusto. La piscina en el exterior super rica y linda vista. La habitaciones muy linda y la cama muy comoda
La piscina de interior que es temperada hay que pedir hora y eso es lo fome ya que uno va de viaje y no tiene planeado en que horario estarà en el hotel para poder disfrutar de esto y del sauna. Además siendo un hotel bastante conocido y bien grande no posee con gran cantidad de estacionamiento. por lo que si tu vas en auto, y el estacionamiento esta lleno (que son aproximadamente 20 cupos) tu auto debes dejarlo en la calle o buscar estacionamiento en el mall plaza o hotel antofagasta, por lo que ya es mas alejado de donde tu te estas hospedando y escapa de que alguien cuide de el. Idealmente podrían tener su propio estacionamiento con mas cantidad de disponibilidad un promedio de la cantidad de habitaciones y huéspedes que reciben y así también asegurarnos que existe un guardia que los cuida.

El personal es lo mejor ,me hicieron sentir en casa
Nao consigo que me enviem um recibo. Estou abrindo chamados sucessivos ha 10 dias e nao tenho resposta. Antes da hospedagem eram solícitos, agora nao respondem. O atendimento balcão la também deixa muito a desejar. Tudo muito lento e confuso.
