Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

El colchón de mi habitación... Necesita un cambio urgente
En general el hotel con buenas instalación y excelente ubicación.
Los jotes en sector pisicna e incluso en la terraza de la habitación había un jote.
La ubicación y limpieza
El colchón estaba muy blando y me causó dolor de espalda, pedí cambio y me dijeron que lo harían, pero el problema siguió, creo que no fueron a arreglarlo. Por otro lado en las habitaciones ponen agua y cafe de cortesía, pero solo una cápsula y éramos dos personas, lo encontré ilógico ya que estoy pagando 300 mil pesos por mi estadía y me cobran 1.500 por una cápsula adicional.
Fui al spa a hacerme un masaje pero el olor a cloro empañó toda la situación ya que ardían los ojos y se irritaron las vías respiratorias.

La atención de todo el personal del restaurante, excelente nos atendieron, muy atentos, vestimenta impecables eso me llamo la atención y los felicitos igual la vestimenta de las personas de recepción impecables, el hotel de lujo.
Que no se permita el desayuno a la habitación, ya que fuimos a relajarnos y descansar, pero nos perdimos todos los desayuno por no, querernos levantar temprano, bererian tener esa obsion y por supuesto cobrar ese servicio, tampoco lo quereriamos gratis... Ese fue que no, nos justo del hotel

Algunas instalaciones de habitacion sin mantención: manilla puerta baño suelta, cortinas viejas, ventanal pesado y viejo, almohadas muy altas
La vista al mar, el desayuno muy completo
En general todo bien, pero la psicina temperada tenia exceso de cloro mal, en la noche no fue mucho, pero al dia siguiente fue imposible estar mas de 5 minutos, dimos aviso, pero igual llegamos con dolor de cabeza a la pieza, pero todo lo demás genial.
