Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

La habitación bastante amplia y silenciosa, los productos de cortesía, estaba todo limpio, agua caliente sin problemas, baño amplio, el desayuno variado y la vista a la playa.
La resolución de la TV, se veía oscura y a veces la señal se perdía.

Avise que seriamos 2 personas y cuando llegamos no lo tenian considerado, la habitacion estaba preparada para 1 sola persona.

La piscina temperada
Mala experiencia.
Cuando fuimos a desayunar ya estaban retirando todo y prácticamente no quedaba nada. Íbamos con nuestros hijos pequeños y terminamos sin desayuno. Fue una gran decepción y, lamentablemente, empañó la celebración del cumpleaños de mi esposo.
Excelente ubicación frente al mar y habitaciones muy amplias y cómodas. La vista desde el balcón es espectacular y el desayuno buffet fue muy completo y variado. La atención del personal fue impecable durante las tres noches.
Nada en particular, todo estuvo excelente y cumplió totalmente con las expectativas.

En esta oportunidad el teléfono ni el internet en la tele funcionaban, fue un poco incómodo ya que para solicitar servicio a la habitación se tuvo que bajar cuando ya nos habíamos arropado para acostarnos, pero eso solamente. Fue en la habitación 1501
