Pros:

Bijzonder weinig.

Cons:

Gasten kunnen een fout maken zoals wij ook gemaakt hebben maar dan hoort personeel gewoon mee te werken en voorla mee te denken in een oplossing. Ik reis veel en verblijf regelmatig in hotels maar zelden zo een halsstarrige niet tot een oplossing meedenkende front office medewerkster meegemaakt.

Enjoyable and a pleasure.
Pros:

The standard of the room was excellent and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I had breakfast in the hotel, although, this was not included with the cost of the room, and it provided a wide choice of options that I'd expect would cater for anyone's preferences.
