Pros:

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise für 1 Nacht. Am Abend kann man im Restaurant essen.

Cons:

Frühstück war sehr mickrig, nur eine kleine Auswahl. Keine Zimmer mit Balkon.

Das Resort ist wunderschön und idyllisch.

Cons:

Das Essen war ungeniessbar und geschmacklos. Preis-Leistung-Qualität nicht akzeptabel.

Spinnweben im Zimmer, Toilettenbrille nicht richtig montiert.

Das Personal ist unaufmerksam und plaudert während der Arbeitszeit untereinander, statt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.

Pros:

Excellent front of house team. Good location.

Cons:

Many of the communal areas are tired and need a refresh. The restaurant staff spoiled the evening and booking team did not allow a correction to my booking despite weeks in advance of the request. There was also a function and it was loud directly outside my room until late.

Lage sehr gut Nähe Autobahn, sehr freundliches Personal, Pool war toll, Zimmer ok, Bäder könnten mal renoviert werden, alles in allem wäre das Hotel eine 8 Bewertung ABER

Cons:

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht, in keinem ging die Klimaanlage. Und Abzug gibt es für das Frühstück, wir haben um 8 Uhr gefrühstückt, es war so gut wie nichts mehr da und es wurde auch nichts aufgefüllt. Das Personal ratschte, obwohl überall dreckige Teller auf den Tischen standen, auch hier wurde einfach alles stehen gelassen, selbst an Tischen, an denen niemand mehr saß. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, das Frühstück ist das Geld definitiv nicht wert, schade

L'emplacement.

Cons:

La climatisation était HS, prises de courant ne fonctionnaient pas (problème résolu dans la soirée), manque tablette salle de bains (que les supports présents), trous des anciennes tringles à rideaux, bonde douche bouchée avec mauvais écoulement, cadre tableau cassé, qu'une seule petite bouteille d'eau plate de bienvenue, qu'un seule petit savon.
Restauration à la peine pour toutes les chambres louées (grand groupe présent ce soir là) , une seule serveuse pour la salle et la terrasse, trop d'attente, sommes partis avant la fin du repas.
Petit-déjeuner dans le même état d'esprit. Qualité du repas bas de gamme.
Réceptionniste du samedi pas à l'écoute de nos remarques.
Visiblement, cet établissement ne vit que grâce au Golf.
Ne mérite pas 3 *!

My server in the restaurant saved my evening by responding to my problems promptly.

Cons:

Dinner was poor, the meal was delivered cold, had to be reheated.
The wine offer by glass had to be returned, ok after a new bottle was opened
