Mooie kamers, mooie zicht en heel vriendelijk kuisploeg:)

Cons:

Wij moesten voortdurend met de rolstoel een andere, moeilijke route nemen om het hotel binnen te geraken.

Dit is erg zwaar voor mensen met gezondheidsproblemen of minder sterke benen.

De oudere dame aan het onthaal mocht wat vriendelijker en glimlachender zijn.😉
Het ontbijt kon beter, in een kuststad verwachten we toch minstens enkele visopties, maar er was helemaal niets.

Superb stay and yes I will be back!
Pros:

Loved it, old fashioned elegance
Everything worked and staff were nearly superb, initial reception guy let it down a bit but the quality of stay quickly over rode that hiccup.

Sarebbe tutto perfetto se avesse il letto matrimoniale con un materasso unico.

Ho chiesto une letto con materasso unico, e non due letti singoli fatto come un matrimoniale.
Ho una bimba di 14 mesi che dorme nel letto con noi e non è propio comodo dormire avendo lo spazio tra i due materassi in mezzo.

Le luxe de la suite junior. La décoration de la salle des petits déjeuners. L’emplacement si proche du centre ville.

Cons:

Le prix prohibitif du parking soit 39€ par nuit. Alors que l’hôtel voisin a le même parking ( Royal parking Sanremo) au prix de 27€ par nuit. C’est scandaleux !!

Pros:

L'accueil, la gentillesse, la propreté exelente, le très bon petit déjeuner, se qui et dommage c'est que le parking pour véhicules et trop chère et les places devant l'hôtel sont très rares, ensuite le spa étais une très mauvaise expérience aucune explication pour le fonctionnement a l'intérieur et la personne qui s'occuper du spa a étais désagréable car nous avons eu un soucis avec une douche très bouillante et impossible d'éteindre le robinet pour rentrer dedans alors elle c'est énervé pour intervenir et l'éteindre mes au départ la dame de l'accueil nous ne l'a pas facturer vue que l'ont et parti au bout d'une heure alors que l'ont devait resté 2h a par sa l'hôtel et très bien a faire absolument.

Загалом готель справляє сильне візуальне враження, але для справжнього luxury-відчуття мені не вистачило теплоти, уваги

Hotel De Paris Sanremo справляє дуже гарне перше враження. Готель красивий, стильний, доглянутий і дійсно виглядає як місце високого рівня. Інтер’єр, атмосфера та розташування створюють відчуття майже luxury-відпочинку.

Окремо хочу відзначити чистоту. У номері було дуже чисто, прибирання проводили регулярно й якісно. Видно, що за станом готелю та номерів добре стежать. Особлива подяка працівникам, які прибирають номери, — за уважність, акуратність і чудову роботу.

Cons:

Найбільше враження від готелю знизила невідповідність між його зовнішнім рівнем і деякими деталями сервісу. Візуально Hotel De Paris Sanremo виглядає дуже статусно, тому й очікування від обслуговування та комфорту були відповідними.

Сніданки, на жаль, не відповідали рівню готелю. Вибір був доволі звичайним, а сама їжа не залишила приємного враження. Для готелю такого класу хотілося б більш якісного та різноманітного сніданку.

Також здивувала відсутність кондиціонера для волосся у ванній кімнаті. Це дрібниця, але саме з таких деталей складається відчуття продуманого сервісу, особливо коли йдеться про готель високої категорії.

Щодо персоналу — спілкування було ввічливим і професійним, але досить стриманим та холодним. Не вистачало теплоти, уваги до гостя й тієї щирої гостинності, яку особливо очікуєш від перебування в Італії.

У результаті залишилося відчуття, що сам готель виглядає дорожче й розкішніше, ніж відчувається його сервіс.

Très déçue par le petit déjeuner qui n est plus du tout comme avant. Mal reçu par le monsieur du petit déjeuner. Il a fallu demander des œufs des pancakes congelés de surcroît car pas de réassort. Le café imbuvable La jeune fille a fait ce qu elle a pu mais a 25 euros le petit déjeuner !!!

Les femmes de ménage qui parlent dans les couloirs des le petit matin et donc qui réveillent les gens qui dorment
