Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

Posso tranquillo, fermata autobus a 50 metri, supermercato idem. Buona convocazione con lo staff.

Cons:

Premesso che siamo a Parigi e quindi si sa che se si prende un alloggio economico (130€ a notte in 4 a Parigi lo ritengo economico) non ci si può aspettare chissà che. Sorbo che non c'era l'aria condizionata ma ho avuto anche la fortuna di arrivare durante l'ennesima ondata di calore in Francia. Per fortuna nella camera e nel salotto dove c'era il divano letto c'erano 2 ventilatori che ci hanno permesso di dormire sennò sarebbe stato impossibile. Ambiente molto piccolo, Sarebbe ideale per una o due notti. noi ci siamo stati 5 notti ma se devi mangiarci, ogni volta devi chiudere il divano letto. Noi a causa del calore interno partivamo la mattina e tornavamo la sera per doccia e andare a letto col ventilatore puntato addosso. Poi un'altra cosa, mettere in conto che per arrivare in centro ci vogliono minimo 45 minuti. Per cui conviene non avere bisogno di tornare all'alloggio durante la girata in Parigi altrimenti si perdono 2 ore di vacanza. Insomma, per me la posizione non è così eccezionale come dicono molti. Se uno riesce a trovare anche a 100€ di più un po' più vicino ne vale la pena

séjour agréable
Pros:

Séjour très agréable. La chambre est bien agencée avec une vraie séparation entre le canapé-lit dans le salon et l’espace nuit. La salle de bain est spacieuse, et le lit ainsi que le canapé sont confortables. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme, idéal pour se reposer. le parking pour la voiture fut très pratique. Le personnel de l’accueil est très accueillant, souriant et aimable.

Cons:

Petit bémol : il manquait de la vaisselle, pour 4 personnes nous n’avions que 2 fourchettes. De plus, les plaques de cuisson chauffent lentement, ou ne chauffe pas du tout

Als Hostel und mit niedrigen Ansprüchen gut
Pros:

Grundsätzlich war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Durch die Schließanlage war es möglich, jederzeit die Unterkunft zu betreten. Ein kleiner Markt direkt um die Ecke und die Bushaltestelle über die Straße waren super. Die kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank war bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr gut.

Cons:

Es ist nicht übermäßig komfortabel. Es ist weniger ein Hotel, sondern entspricht einem Hostel. Kleines Zimmer, kleines Bad, immer recht laut von draußen und nicht klimatisiert. Zimmerservice nur gegen Aufpreis.

Cons:

En pleine canicule, il n'y a pas de climatisation dans l'appartement. Avec un petit ventilateur. On étouffé à l'intérieur. Pas de remboursement de l'établissement suite à annulation.

Привітний персонал, хороший номер з мінімально необхідними речами
Була проблема з ключем, але навіть о першій годині ночі цю проблему вирішували швидко
Поряд супермаркет, транспорт, панам модна дійти до метро і доїхати до центру Парижа, тому рекомендую іншим завітати )
