Pros:

Wahnsinnig tolles Team, wenn ich könnte würde ich 6 Sterne vergeben. Vielen Dank an den General Manager Muhanned, der unseren Aufenthalt mit vielen kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten einmalig gemacht hat, an Mohammed Abu Dhol, der in der tollen Pool, Gym und Saunawelt für Sicherheit, Ordnung und immer nette Gespräche gesorgt hat und Charity, die uns das Frühstück angenehmer und zuvorkommend nicht hätte machen können.
Die Zimmer sind ordentlich und sauber ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem, schöne große Dusche im Bad mit gut riechenden Pflegeprodukten.
Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden, man hat von der Dachterasse und dem Pool einen tollen Blick auf das rote Meer.
Der Poolbereich ist schön angelegt. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zu Dampfsauna, Sauna und Gym und auch hier ist alles sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt.
Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das Team hat den Gastraum gut im Griff, sodass auch am Wochenende schnell Tische gereinigt und zur Verfügung stehen.
Fazit: Wir haben viele schöne Stunden mit Ihnen verbracht und würden sofort wieder kommen 😀

Best hotel
Pros:

My family and I have had the BEST experience at the Doubletree in Aqaba. The rooms are clean and comfy and the food is delicious at the breakfast/dinner buffet. The staff here has also been INCREDIBLE. Making us feel very welcomed and taken care of.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding our stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was not as we expected based on the information and photos shown on Booking.com.
The cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, and the swimming pool was significantly smaller than it appeared in the photos. The rooms did not have balconies, and the marina view was very disappointing as it overlooked a garbage area.
Since the rooms did not have balconies, we requested rooms next to each other so that we could spend time with our friends in the evenings, but unfortunately, our request was refused.
Overall, I did not feel like I was on vacation. The experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations. I would appreciate it if you could review our complaint and look into this matter with the hotel.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, making it a good choice for anyone who wants to explore the area. It is close to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean, and the room is spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool is very small and not suitable for relaxing or spending an entire day.
The hotel entrance feels more like the entrance to a parking garage than a five-star hotel.
The staff are not very attentive or engaging with guests. The coffee and tea supplies in the suite were not replenished unless I specifically asked a staff member.
Based on my experience, this hotel does not meet five-star standards. I would rate it as a four-star hotel at best. The price is far too high for the level of service and facilities provided.
