Great location with old facilities
Pros:

The location is in the heart of the city, near to attractions.

Cons:

The facilities are a little old and seasoned style. The room is also old and a bit smelly. The bath tub was dirty and smell like poop. But already asked the staff to clean it.

Pros:

Location, new upgraded tv and the bed

Cons:

To be improved : the stagnant water from the toilet area to the bathroom sink. The state of the pool. Especially the kids pool. Parking area and room furniture.

Staff needs to be trained more and better, some of the old legacy stuffs need some work or change on them before someone

Memorable stay and felt welcome and and relaxed.
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyed the pool area landscape and the pool and spa.

Room was spacious and well furnished.

Variety of food was good but not all items were tasty. Nasi Lemak rice was a disappointment as it had no flavour of coconut milk.

Cons:

Very poor Wifi. Had to use my mobile data at a huge cost after paying for WiFi . It was important for me to complete some work and check in for our flight, but staff couldn't help- disappointing.
Sauna area was out of order but we were not told when booking. Couldn't get a simple but important thing such as a weighing machine to weight our luggage for the flight overseas. After much persuasion on the second day, I managed to get it.
Appreciate the late check out given on request and the card was extended, but were locked out at 12 noon and no one cared to inform us. Had to wait out with wet cloths from the swimming pool and was not. good experience.

Pros:

A very comfortable, large room with a big window to look out at the park. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and there was a great choice a different foods on the breakfast buffet. There was also a good size pool to enjoy.
