للاسف اسوء تجربة مرت علي ماحبيت الكذب اللي صار لو من الاول قايل الموظف ماينفع وخلاص ولا انصح احد بالتعامل مع ناس بهالشكل

اسوأ تجربة مرت علي صارلي ظرف واضطريت اطلع قبل الحجز بليله لكن موظف الاستقبال ماكان متعاون قالي عادي روحي و بس يوصلنا الطلب من بوكينق باسترجاع المبلغ على طول راح نوافق ولكن حصل العكس تماما ماوافقو والمبلغ لم يتم استرجاعه

لان ماكان صادق لو كان متكلم بصراحه وبدون كذب افضل من ان يعطي الاكيد دام ماعنده صلاحيه يوافق ليش أكد ان الموافقه من الفندق اكيده!!

I extended my stay another day. I was happy with the room assigned. Thanks again to the reception
Pros:

The reception of Jessa and the upgrade of my stayover. The bar staff improve attention . I feel happy with this.
The quality of the food improved significantly

Cons:

The cleaninless of the toilette. It was smelly and I was forced to call the staff to clean it again.

I really enjoyed my stay at The K Hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the things I like the most about this hotel is the excellent gym facility, which is very important for me as someone who trains regularly and follows a fitness lifestyle.

I would also like to give special thanks to (ابو حور ) at the reception for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kind attitude. He was very helpful and arranged a room upgrade for me as a regular guest, which I truly appreciated. His service made my stay even better.

Cons:

Overall, my experience was very good. I do not have any major complaints, and I hope the hotel continues to maintain the same level of cleanliness, service, and facilities.
