Ein Hotel mit Atmosphäre und Ausstrahlung. Ich würde es immer empfehlen.
Pros:

Tolle Aufteilung. Erinnert eher an ein Sterne-Restaurant. Das Buffet: Top! Alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Inklusive Service.

Cons:

Mir hat alles gefallen.

Art nouveau elegance and opulence
Pros:

The hotel was amgnigicent. Its history, opulence and charm made it truly breathtaking. We were upgraded to a very large room with quiet seating nooks and a walkin wardrobe. The breakfast was included and the dining room and. bar were very elegant. For a large building it was very quiet and calming. There was a morning orchestral concert in the bar on the Sunday morning which topped off the elegant nature of the art nouveau atmosphere. OUr stay was all too short but were were extremely pleased with the experience.

Cons:

That we didn't stay longer :-)

Pros:

Cons:

heritage & tradition
Pros:

The location, the additional offer (transport, Bergbahnen, Hallenbad Eintritt). Very friendly staff. Exceptional hospitality.

Cons:

There were a few aspects of my stay that I was less satisfied with:

For the first time, I did not find hotel slippers in my room and had to request them separately. I also needed to ask for access to the Hallenbad, which I had expected to be provided automatically upon arrival.

The hotel is located in a beautiful historic building, and the entrance creates an excellent sense of heritage and tradition. At the same time, parts of the property would benefit from renovation and modernization.

My room was rather small, with the television mounted on the wall, which further emphasized the limited space. As the hotel is located next to a road, traffic noise was noticeable and somewhat disruptive for relaxation. This was particularly disappointing as I had requested a quiet room in advance, knowing the location of the hotel.

There is also no air conditioning in the room, which would normally not be an issue. However, during the high temperatures this summer, some fresh air was needed, which meant opening the window and consequently allowing the traffic noise back into the room.

Finally, I found the breakfast selection rather modest compared with the nearby Laudinella Hotel, offering less variety and fewer choices overall.

It’s a fair price for location and definetely for the new rooms, looking forward until the entire hotel is renovated.
Pros:

Great location honestly and the hotel in general is quite nice, staff is wonderful and the breakfast we found very good, it’s actually even our second stay. The first time we got the newly renovated wing that’s why we came back.

Cons:

Unfortunately the old wing is very outdated and the room was full of spots and old. The sheets were also stained.
