Too many groups booked in - breakfast was chaotic. To get to our room we had to go up and down stairs to enter and exit which was tricky with cases.

המלון ממוקם קרוב מאוד לאגם סנט מוריץ, ארוחת הבוקר היתה טובה : ירקות פירות ביצים נקניקים סלמון מעושן וכו נתנו כרטיס כניסה למרחצאות ציבוריים מאוד קרובים שהיו מאוד טובים וכללו בריכות פנימי חיצוני ומגלשות לילדים.

Cons:

הצוות לא מסביר פנים ויש צורך לפנות ולשאול ולברר כדי לקבל תשובה , היינו יומיים ותמיד היה צורך לבקש מגבת לשלישי בחדר למרות שהזמנו לשלושה אנשים. הזמנו חצי פנסיון ושלחו אותנו למסעדה לטעמנו זה חצוף יכולנו להזמין לבד , אין במלון כלום להוציא לובי וחדר אוכל. כתוב באתר של בוקינג שיש ספא קטן לא קיים במציאות במלון . המלון לא זול ולכן לא שווה את התמורה אפשר לישון למי שבה עם אוטו בכל מקום.

Sehr freundliches Personal im Hotel und Stüva

Cons:

Überall eher abgelaufene,nicht so saubere Teppiche.
Trotz kühlerem St. Moritz wäre mind. 1 mobiler Ventilator toll

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, great location
Pros:

This hotel was one of our favourites of the trip! We were upgraded to a renovated room which was really clean, spacious and comfortable. The addition of free use of public transport and cable cars was the icing on the cake for us! Breakfast was great too - always abundant and fresh no matter what time you go at. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war wie immer ausgezeichnet, vor allem die warmen Speisen hatten es mir sehr angetan. Auch das Personal war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sehr "Zu Hause"
