Pros:

War ein wirklich alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt. Tee Kocher auf dem Zimmer war super. Schwimmbad mit fast 12 Meter Länge und guter Temberatur sehr toll.

Cons:

Schade, dass das Spa keinen richtigen Wirlpool hat, und etwas zu kalt für ein Spa ist. Saunas sehr gut 👍. 3 verschiedene Temperaturtypen. Kleinere, aber störende Mängel: Nur 1 Stuhl im Doppelzimmer geht eigentlich nicht. Schade. Keine Aufhängehaken im Bad.

Понравилось все. Особенно сервис. Персонал очень внимательный, готов идти на помощь и очень лояльный. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу и особенно девушке-администратору на ресепшен. Очень внимательная и обходительгая. И, конечно же, спасибо топ-менеджменту за клиентоориентированную политику!
Понравился номер. Дали небольшой угловой номер но с прекрасным видом в 2 стороны. В номере было все необходимое. Для 1 ночи тем более. В номере чайник, чай, кофе, мини бар, фен, большое зеркало во весь рост..
Понравился СПА . 4 сауны. 2 бассейна с массажем. Все в рабочем состоянии! А главное днем тихо и никого. Прекрасный вид на горы в зоне отдыха, который перекрывает некоторую аскитичность дизайна. Но есть полотенца и тапочки. можно менять полотенца неограниченно. Есть вода, чай, фрукты в спа зоне. Очень чтсто. Все для хорошего отдыха!
Ещё есть теплый бассейн, но это к содержанию на другом этаже. Он с выходом на лужайку.
Хороший европейский завтрак. Есть столики на улице, но там с утра прохладно. Хотя вид орасполагает. Одевайтесь.)
Также есть платная и бесплатная. Мне нашли и зафиксировали место на бесплатной парковке.

Cons:

В целом чувствовалось, что отель уже не первой свежести, но за ним ухаживают.

Ravis de notre séjour au Schloss Hôtel
Pros:

Tout! Cadre de l’hôtel, chambre avec vue, très bon petit déjeuner, belle piscine, personnel aux petits soins…Bon rapport qualité prix pour Pontresina.
Notons en particulier une petite attention pour l’anniversaire de mon mari: un gâteau et une bouteille d’un délicieux vin pétillant italien livrés dans la chambre!

Es war wunderschön
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen super war die gästekarte für die Bergbahnen auch für die ÖV die wir sehr viel benutzen konnten. Die Ausgangslage zu den Wanderwegen und zu den Bergbahnen war sensationell.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Pontresina.
Pros:

Ótima localização, café da manhã magnífico. O spa fez toda a diferença. Maravilhoso para relaxar no final do dia.

It was good value just because it was off season price. I would not pay more than that and it was so dark in the hotel e

Spa was really nice and the fact kids under 15 can use in the morning was really nice.

Cons:

The rooms were really old and the bath room there was no places to hang the towels. Restaurant personnel was not really friendly. But the pool personnel was really nice and he made us feel very welcomed.

A perfect get away to the Swiss engadin valley
Pros:

The staff is super nice and helpful. A big thank you and kind words to Mellisa for being super lovely. We got upgraded for a bigger room with spectacular view, breakfast was fantastic and diverse. Location is fantastic as well, 9 min drive to Sankt Moritz. The spa is unbelievably amazing! Thank you!
