Unpretentious Belle Epoque hotel with charm and great service, room for upgrades and modernization
Pros:

Charming Belle Epoque hotel that has room for maintenance and upgrades, but the staff and service were impeccable, kind, and exceedingly friendly. The views from my room of the Morteratsch glacier and the Engadin valley were stunning. The breakfast is second to none, and the restaurant for evening dinners is a solid option and reasonable, but it's not exceptional. Free parking across from entrance is a bonus, if it's available.

Cons:

The hotel needs some work, which is reflected in the building exterior, the outdated furnishings throughout, bathrooms in need of upgrades, frayed carpets, and cracking/failing paint in windowsills. The beds are also not the most comfortable, but passable.

Perfekt hotell för både vinter och sommarsemester.
Pros:

Perfekt nationalromantiskt hotell med tillgång till pool och spa. Mycket välsorterad frukost, fantastisk utsikt över bergen och en vindlande fors nedanför byggnaden.

Cons:

Hade varit bra att skriva in under regler att man måste checka in först för att komma åt parkeringshuset. Eller ngn slags instruktion.

Frühstück mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Berninapass mit glitzerndem Schnee. Absolut fantastisch. Zwar 285 Franken pro Tag, nur fürs Frühstück … Aber die Aussicht ist es wert!

Cons:

Schreckliche, düstere und unordentliche Zimmer. Schlechte Beleuchtung. Flecken auf dem Teppich.
Mein Aufenthalt beinhaltete Tickets für den Nahverkehrsbus und den Skilift. Ich konnte sie jedoch nie nutzen.

In generale tutto. Un ringraziamento particolare a Bruno della reception sempre pronto a darci informazioni ed aiutarci per qualsiasi cosa. Abbiamo condiviso delle piacevoli chiacchierate.

Ein schönes Hotel für die perfekte Auszeit.
Pros:

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge. Schön und gemütlich ist auch die Lobby mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das reichhaltige Frühstück im schönen Saal mit Aussicht auf die Berge und erstklassigem Service haben wir sehr genossen. Vor allem waren alle ausnehmend freundlich und wir fühlten uns willkommen. Wunderbar auch der Pool mit dem Gärtchen und den Liegestühlen. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, in das wir gerne wiederkommen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Schlosshotel
Pros:

Hilfsbereites und äußerst freundliches Personal, die schöne Lage, der Indoor Pool, das kuschelige Zimmer mit dem modernen Bad. Es hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben.! Das tolle Frühstück war bis 10:30 Uhr.

Das Zimmer war klein, aber fein

Komme gern mit meiner Frau wieder!

sehr gut und reichhaltig. von der Terrasse prächtige Aussicht ins Val Roseg und Hochgebirge. Sehr hübsches Schwimmbad, ausgesprochen freundliche Leute am Empfang.

Cons:

der Frühstücksdirektor hatte einen schlechten Tag erwischt und war etwas mürrisch.

La atención del personal! super atentos, amables, una atención muy muy cálida, muy pendientes de colaborar, de ofrecerte información y consejos, etc... 10 de 10!!!!
Las instalaciones son increíbles, la habitación, el confort de las camas, el spa increíble!! la piscina fantástica y la ubicación del hotel inmejorable!!
