The Schloss Hotel and Spa is a beautiful, our guest room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable.
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast each day of our stay was outstanding! The food selections were delicious, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was comfortable and beautiful.

Sehr freundliches Personal.
Sehr gediegenes Ambiente.
Direkt neben meinem Zimmer war eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick.

Cons:

Ein Träumchen wäre es, auch morgens einen richtigen Espresso aus der Siebträgermaschine bekommen zu können.

Prestation décevante pour un hôtel 4 étoiles hôtel vieillissant

La vue, l’emplacement et le petit déjeuner

Cons:

L’organisation du parking gratuit tout le monde peut le prendre sans limite alors que les places sont très limitées. Conséquence quand nous sommes revenus de notre restaurant nous n’avions plus de places…

Bel endroit, avec de belles possiblités, qui promet beaucoup, ce qui accentue queques déceptions
Pros:

Vue sur les sommets et les glaciers magnifiques.
Enveloppe de l'hôtel majestueuse
Jolie piscine intérieure et espace spa (avec saunas ok, jacuzzis un peu poussifs).
Gros point positif : la carte Engadin Card remise, permettant d'utiliser les remontées mécaniques de toute la vallée gratuitement durant votre séjour. très appréciable et apprécié.

Cons:

Hôtel de (haut) standing, mais d'un certain âge, qui mériterait vraiment un coup de jeune :
chambre défraichie, papier peint qui se décolle à plusieurs endroits, entretien de la salle de bains améliorable (robinetterie rongée, pas de savon à notre arrivée, paroi des douches avec traces de calcaire,...) cela fait un peu tâche dans ce magnifique décor.
Simple toast commandé le soir au bar totalement insipide, avec du fromage "plastique".
On peut attendre davantage de soin pour un toast vraiment très ordinaire, facturé CHF 18.-.

Wunderschönes antikes Gebäude mit toller Aussichy sowie Spa.

Cons:

Ich war ein bisschen überrascht über das getrennte Frühstück für koscher.
Es hätte mich interessant und bereichert herauszufinden, was das genau bedeutet und beinhaltet. Aber es war sehr exklusiv abgeriegelt.
Fans es komisch in einem Hotel so zweigeteilt zu sein!
Garkeine Frage, dass es toll ist, dass für die besonderes Wünsche dieser Gäste gesorgt wird

Nous avons fait l’expérience à Pross d’un hôtel beaucoup moins cher et plus agréable
Pros:

Après une journée de randonnée, il était agréable de pouvoir nager et d’aller au sauna

Cons:

Au restaurant, la carte ne veut pas beaucoup de choix, et nous aurons des difficultés à trouver quelque chose qui nous convenait.
En arrivant à la réception, puisque nous étions deux, nous voulions deux clés, ce n’était pas possible de les avoir tout de suite, il aurait fallu attendre une demi-heure, il était déjà 17 heures
Le prix prix qualité, est à mon avis, pas ajusté

schöner historischer Bau. Tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer. Schönes Spa

Service beim. Frühstück unaufmerksam. Schmutziges Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt. Viele möchte gerne Chefs, die ihre Aufgabe nicht so ernst nehmen.

Wir können das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage Lage war gut, grosszügiger und schöner Essaal.

Cons:

Karte und insbesondere Qualität der Speisen entspricht nicht einem Vier Stern Hotel. Daher Preisniveau nicht gerechtfertigt (CHF 10.- Aufpreis bei Fleischgerichten, tiefgkühlte Teigwaren Menues CHF 30.- / Alle Desserts CHF 15.- / jede Beilage CHF 15.-)!! Service Personal spricht nur Italienisch und kein Englisch oder Deutsch.
