Do not let them put you in room 104
Cons:

We stayed here for 8nights. Worst mistake ever. We were put into room 104 which I can only describe as a jail cell. The shower and toilet was literally in a cupboard, I’m only 5foot but I genuinely struggled to manoeuvre while in the shower.The shower constantly dripped which was not only annoying but also soaked the door and floor creating puddles. We had to lay a towel in the shower to lessen the dripping sound because it drove us crazy. It’s clearly a long standing problem because mould had started to grow and the door had started to peel away and buckle. We were right opposite the communal kitchen so we were constantly awoken by people coming in late or early hours of the morning. The kitchen has no cutlery or plates to use and only contains a microwave. The door handle to the toilet became jammed one day and weren’t able to open the door. A member of staff came with a pair of scissors to wedge the door back open and even the staff member told us she “hates this room and that she had told the hotel management it shouldn’t be a room that’s used for paying guests. We had no option to move rooms or to another hotel as we had already paid for 8 nights. The “laundry service “ is $10 dollars per bag and for this you’d expect the clothes to at-least be somewhat folded but no it was just thrown bag into the bag and tied up while still warm so had a musty smell and crumpled. Some clothing items went missing during one of the room services and when we asked the guy at reception if any of the cleaners had found them when washing the bedding he was just so unhelpful and pretty rude actually, you could tell he really did not care. The whole room smelt of damp and on the last day we discovered mould was not only around the shower but also behind the headboard of the bed. We weren’t sure expecting luxury for the price but we hoped for a clean, mould free environment . This hotel really did put a dampener on what was a special trip for a 30th and we couldn’t wait to get home

Felt So At Home! The Shower And Bathroom Were Very Clean! The Bed Sheets Were Immediately Clean! The Mattress Was Comfortable! Very Charming Property! Sitting Rooms Out Front And The Cutest Little Court Yard! Very Charming Property Will Definitely Be Back Staff Also Friendly And Accommodating! Safe And Mini Fridge In Room! Room Also Has ROKU TV!

Lack of parking is an issue.
Pros:

Just felt like it needed a refresh. We cleaned the mirrors because they were not clear. Rug was a nice rug, but dirty. Walls need a brighter color. Air conditioner was noisy. Police wanted us to move car, but we were just dropping off 2 pieces of luggage. No parking nearby. Jose at front desk was amazing !!! Overall not the worst, but could be so much better with a few upgrades. Such a beautiful building too. 🙏

Cons:

Cleanliness or maybe it was how drab it felt. New paint job would make it feel better; possibly.

The hotel is beautiful walking distance to the beach 🏖 very clean and the staff are very nice and go out of there way to help you they make you feel like family will be returning soon....
