Poor clean and deficient security, the same key open both main door and room door. The bathroom never was cleaned.

I didn’t really get to stay in the property due to lack of communication between the staffs themselves which led me to getting a different hotel at 3 am.

Cons:

How the staff in charge greeted and treated me when i arrived at the location. It felt like i disturbed him in his sleep when i was told to there after i arrived in San Juan. I explained my side but the staff was very rude which led me to not staying there because it made me feel uncomfortable and i was still charged. They sent me an email after i told them about what happened but didn’t receive any follow up. It affected my first time experience in PR.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de panaderías y restaurantes y en la misma Avenida Ashford. Hay una parada de guaguas cerca para tomar el auto bus a el Viejo SJ y la playa. Muy buena limpieza y personal muy amable.

This hotel is in a great location, near good restaurants and a short drive to the ocean. Eddie at the front desk was very helpful. Special message to Eddie Santa remebers him.
