Pros:

Extremely convenient for the bus station and a metro station. Also close to the bus stop for the airport bus.

Cons:

We were asked for a deposit of $100. We have not been asked for a deposit anywhere else wehave stayed.

Chambre correcte bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La chambre était correcte, propre rien à dire l’endroit était calme aucun bruit bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Ce n’est pas tant l’hôtel si ce n’est le lit, il était bancal parfois un pied ne touchait pas le sol mais les occupants, certains peuvent paraître disons intrigants mais on ne les a croisé qu’une fois lors de notre arrivée

Cons:

Mauvaise literie, chambre petite non insonorisée, hotel sans ascenseur, parquet bruyant quand les touristes montent les escaliers, caution demandée à posteriori, paiement si les draps sont laissés sales alors que c’est la base d’un « hotel »

My main issue is the price... For what you get, it was rather pricey.
Cons:

No soap or shampoo in the room. I had to take my first shower without them. Then I went downstairs to get them.

Pros:

They don’t actually have parking. There is a parking garage that was around $40 a night and seemed sketchy. It says they have AC but it is central ac and the room was very hot. Sheets had a couple yellow stains

Cons:

It was hot and parking was horrible to find. You get what you pay for but it definitely didn’t feel very comfortable. I am one to look for a bargain and rough it a bit but this was boarder line for me.

Comfortable and simple accommodations in a convenient location
Pros:

Basic and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Just a block from the metro entrance. It was perfect for my three-day stay.

Overall I am happy with my stay. However I would strongly recommend the management/owners to refurbish and maintain
Pros:

The stuff was very kind and friendly. Also, the hotel is very close to metro which made it very convenient for travel.

Cons:

It would be good if they could do some refurbishing. I was not able to adjust the water temperature as good as I wanted to as the water pressure and temperature adjustment knob did not rotate towards the cold water side.
