Saubere, geräumige Zimmer. Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch top. Sehr freundliches Personal. Späte Ankunft aufgrund zeitlicher Verschiebung des Fluges, problemlos noch im hoteleigenen Restaurant grosse Auswahl für Abendessen. Sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Toller Pool mit Aussendusche, mit Sicht auf Ätna

Het was schoon, altijd iemand bij de receptie die kon helpen en er waren veel faciliteiten als een zwembad, restaurant, beach tent, tennisbaan etc

Wij hoorden in de kamer telkens een soort gebrom. Ook als er de airco uithadden. Wij denken dat dit van de afzuiging van de kamer naast ons was. Wij hebben 2 dagen bij het zwembad gelegen en 2 dagen waren ze bezig om de heg te snoeien. Waardoor we overdag ook de heletijd geluid hoorden.

Personal sehr freundlich, das täuscht aber nicht über die Mängel hinweg.

Zimmer entsprechen nicht den Bildern, bekamen erst nach Diskussion 1 von 2 Zimmern ein besseres. Die Zimmerbalkone haben 2 alte abgewrackte Stühle kleiner Tisch und dann ist der Balkon voll. Das eine Zimmer lag direkt über der Küche 116 , Spass am Abend und am Morgen zwecks Vorbereitung und der rauchende Koch unterm Balkon. Klodeckel defekt , Liste ist unendlich irgendwie. Gartenblick gibt es nicht, die Dame meinte das wären alles Beispiele beim buchen, lach habe sowas noch nie gehört. Das Hotel scheint baulich und Ausstattung in den 80ern hängen geblieben zu sein und bedarf einer Renovierung. Salat bestand abends aus einer Schüssel Eisberg und Schüssel gekochte ungewürzte Bohnen, Frühstück Toast oder Ciabatta, Gouda Kochschinken, gekochte kalte Eier, das wars, Saftmaschine dauerhaft defekt. Ich sag mal Friss oder stirb, im Land der Kulinarik ein Armutszeugnis und wir reisen 12 Wochen im Jahr, das war in 30 Jahren so mit das schlechteste. Scheint auch nur ein Durchreise Hotel zu sein, größere Gruppen bringen im Essbereich denn eine tolle Lautstärke mit sich, wo man denn schnell fertig werden müsste, Kantine trifft es eher. Kein Buffet wie gebucht.
