Pros:

Location was amazing, view was beautiful. Loved the balcony area.

Great facilities, great location and easily accessible
Pros:

Location was perfect, easy access, close to great cafes and restaurants

The bed wasn’t comfortable at all. The carpet was outdated

Sun does heat up rooms a lot even with the blinds down. Not sure if extra window glaze is and option?

Loved everything about our stay in this facility. We would definitely return for a stay here.
Pros:

Best location and view in town. Easy and quick access - lifts were always quick. Close to shops and cafes, beaches, restaurants.

Cons:

Outdated TV was slow and unresponsive, hard to navigate channels.

Cockroach infestation, Left early. Not recommended.
Pros:

Location was great, close and central to everything.

Cons:

The entire apartment was RIDDLED with cockroaches, Im talking 30-40 cockroaches just in main bedroom crawling everywhere. We ended up leaving early due to the cockroach infestation as we found them on our bed. It was quite disgusting.

The staff did try, they gave us breakfest vouchers and waived a $100 parking fee for second vehicle however, we would of preferred to pay for the parking and not have cockroaches.

Great all round
Pros:

It had new carpets throughout, new furniture throughout. So clean. To be staying right opposite the beach and see not one grain of sand in the lounge or patio area was so great. Would try get this apartment again if possible.

Cons:

When u had the windows open the breeze made the blind bang which was abit noisy at night

Pros:

The property is in a great location with nice facilities.

Cons:

The building is under maintenance so there were no wall covers on some walls of the level we were staying on. The light fittings and bathroom fittings were rusty and some power outlets were loose and popping.

Pros:

the locations is superb. Can't beat Coolangatta and what the surrounds offer.

Cons:

The apartment was in need of a good clean. The oven blew up and the coffee machine was not operational. I would suggest a change of cleaners may make a huge difference.
