Great all round
Pros:

It had new carpets throughout, new furniture throughout. So clean. To be staying right opposite the beach and see not one grain of sand in the lounge or patio area was so great. Would try get this apartment again if possible.

Cons:

When u had the windows open the breeze made the blind bang which was abit noisy at night

Pros:

the locations is superb. Can't beat Coolangatta and what the surrounds offer.

Cons:

The apartment was in need of a good clean. The oven blew up and the coffee machine was not operational. I would suggest a change of cleaners may make a huge difference.

Pros:

The property is in a great location with nice facilities.

Cons:

The building is under maintenance so there were no wall covers on some walls of the level we were staying on. The light fittings and bathroom fittings were rusty and some power outlets were loose and popping.

I filled out the survey form and sent an email but I didn't hear anything back
Pros:

The views were incredible and it was a great location with everything very handy.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the place was not very good. The bed was sagging so I hardly slept. It felt untidy with vacuum cleaner and blankets just kind of thrown in the walk in wardrobe. The tiles were incredibly slippery. I will not be staying there again.

The Facilities are fantastic but some of the rooms let them down
Pros:

Location is great the view is beautiful great rooms we have stayed there many times over the years but will be booking directly with Reflections in future as we have never had a bad room by doing this before but thought l was as the website said you are booking directly with Reflections but it went through booking.com

Cons:

The lounge had 4 recliners but only 1 worked making it very uncomfortable we were there to relax and enjoy the view for a 4 star rating it is very unacceptable the owners need to spend money to replace broken furniture

Wonderful if the rooms are clean
Pros:

Great location and good size rooms.

Cons:

They weren’t clean. I understand it was school holidays and you’re paying a surcharge. But if I’m paying $600 night I expect the room to be clean. Our carpets were dirty and we found old food and cockroaches on the carpets.

Can't get a better location - beautiful beaches all right across the road.
Pros:

Location and view were amazing - the car didn't leave the basement. Very spacious and comfortable apartment.

Cons:

We were on the fifth floor - which was really noisy from very early in the morning if doors to balcony were opened. Furniture (especially the couch in living area) was a bit tired considering the price paid - but otherwise can't fault it. Would look to get an apartment on a higher floor if we stayed here again.

Pros:

The view was fantastic very good location.

Cons:

the hotel was a bit tired. No trolleys to take luggage up from carpark . Outside the lift when arriving on our floor was very bad carpet was old and paneling was missing.
The apartment was in need of some tlc , needed some renovation, $600 per night stayed two nights I think it was over priced.

Great locations, beautiful view but curtains need to be installed and kitchen items need to be check
Pros:

The view was amazing, and the apartment was overall nice. Location was great, easy access to multiple dining places.

Cons:

No curtains on the windows in either bedroom, which made sleeping very difficult. The smell coming from the sink was disgusting and the cutlery wasn't clean - one of the knives in the draw had a chunk of avocado on it which had rubbed off on other knives, the spoons and forks were also dirty, wasn't impressed that we had to wash the dishes before using them.
