Inacreditável um Hotel 4 estrelas estar com porta de entrada do quarto com defeito. Ou seja, a porta não fechava comprometendo a segurança. Havia uma outra porta na sacada cuja fechadura também estava inoperante, ou seja, NOTA ZERO para a segurança. Solicitei outro quarto. Neste outro quarto, a fechadura da porta de entrada estava OK, mas o olho mágico da porta não existia e estava tampado com papel. A fechadura da porta da varanda também não funcionava. LIMPEZA dos carpetes das áreas comuns muito sujo. No quarto matei uma barata. Fotografei e reportei para a recepção. Para minha surpresa, no check out, cobraram indevidamente uma diária extra. Solicitei estorno. Ou seja, decepcionante a estadia, muito longe do padrão Transamérica que conheço dos hotéis que já me hospedei da rede, em outros municípios.

Gostei especialmente do atendimento dos funcionários, todos muito educados, atenciosos e sempre prontos para auxiliar. O café da manhã também é excelente, com variedade e tudo muito bem preparado.

Cons:

Eu escolhi a hospedagem principalmente pela vista para a lagoa, mas fui alocada em um quarto com vista apenas para a rua, o que me deixou bem decepcionada. Como eu estava muito cansada, acabei não fazendo nenhuma reclamação na hora. O ambiente também apresentava outros pontos negativos: o quarto tinha cheiro de mofo, o banheiro com cheiro forte de urina e o chuveiro estava totalmente desregulado, o que tornou o banho bem estressante.
