Good location, comfy room, good breakfast
Pros:

Entering the room we had a beautiful view of St Sava. Waking up to that view was really memorable. The bed was comfy and this hotel was a great place to recover from a long travel day. It's in a comfortable walking distance to anything you'd want to see and conveniently located near transit options. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was yummy with a good variety of things to try. The hotel has a lot of art in it which is always a plus to me.

Pros:

Todo en el hotel es impecable. La gente extremadamente amable. Siempre que voy a cualquier lugar hablo en inglés. Pero cuando el chico de la recepción vio mi DNI, hizo un maravilloso esfuerzo en hablarme en español, eso no tiene precio.

Can't beat the convenience of CRYSTAL Belgrade
Pros:

Room was particularly quiet. Air conditioning extremely strong. Breakfast showed good diversity of choice and kitchen staff was accomodating.

Cons:

Wasn't aware many parts of the building remain open to smoking. Not a deal breaker, just something that surprised me. Gym wasn't particularly well ventilated.
