Important information:

Colombian residents living abroad and foreign guests are tax-exempt when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations plus service). A Visa TP - 11 or Permiso - 5 / PTP - 5 tourist visa must be presented upon arrival.

Breakfast is not included for children when using existing beds. It must be paid at the property upon check in.

A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old may stay for free using the existing beds.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.

When booking more than 9 rooms, special conditions and supplements may apply.

If the minor does not travel in the company of his parents, it will be indispensable that the responsible adult delivers at the reception, in addition to the identification document of the minor, the permission of the parents with personal presentation before a notary public, together with the copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. Service, Breakfast, Location: Excellent. But Thin Room Walls & Door May Make for a NOISY Stay.

Service, breakfast, location -- all were excellent. Many breakfast options and variety over our 7-night stay.

Cons:

Stayed here 7 nights, late October. This is a 4-star property, not a 5-star. I have lodged at many 5-stars around the world. Service, breakfast, location -- all were excellent here. The shortcoming: the hotel construction. We had requested a room in a 'quiet part of the hotel'. Weekdays, no worries, it was very quiet day and night. But from Friday afternoon - Sunday afternoon, many more peeps and families with young children and infants checked in, and it was when those families lodged on either side of our room, we realized how thin the walls were. And when kids were running and 'being kids' in the corridor, we realized how thin our room door was. WE COULD HEAR MANY CONVERSATIONS AND NOISES THROUGH OUR WALLS AND DOOR, DAY & NIGHT. CRYING BABIES??! C'mon, where's the thick, insulated walls and door? You and your romantic partner definitely would not want to arrive here -- on any day of the week -- with romance in mind. I expect more solid and private accommodation in a 5-star property; this construction was 3-4 star.
