Great stay, amazing staff
Pros:

Staff were all lovely, especially the guy who makes iced coffee in the morning and the ladies in the Korean BBQ!

Cons:

It's a massive hotel, if you stay with young kids going to and from places in it can become a long trip. But the grounds are lovely to walk around.

旅先での過ごし方を考えておけばよかった
Pros:

朝食会場が広く、人数も多いが、十分な量が提供されていてよかった
部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気で快適
ホテルの部屋でぼーっと落ち着いた時間を過ごしたい人にはいいかも

Cons:

勝手ながら、最初の期待値が高すぎたのかな
少し設備が老朽化しているところも見受けられる。
今回の旅の目的地を考えると地理的に間違えたかも
ホテル内はカジノも全卓特定の国籍の方が大声で盛り上がっており、
その他の人が楽しみにくい状況

Superb vacation destination
Pros:

A very large and spacious hotel with wonderful swimming pool and excellent access to the beach. The The breakfast was very good with a nice friendly service especially Muoi.
However there was limited Gluten free choice for my wife. They should label food items for allergies.
The staff at the concierge were very friendly and help. Excellent service provided by Chau and Gina. They were always delighted to help.

Cons:

Some corridors did not have air conditioning. Limited menu choices in restaurants as they did not cater for Gluten free customers.

Heerlijk gehad maar hadden meer verwacht voor deze prijs.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig complex, zwembad is geweldig, heerlijk aan het strand en met een Grab ben je zo in het centrum.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en werd goed aangevuld.

Cons:

Het personeel gaf ons niet het gevoel blij te zijn dat we er waren, ze waren onverschillig.
Het aantal bedjes op het strand en bij het zwembad is veel te weinig voor een complex van deze grote. Om 7 uur in de ochtend waren bijna alle bedjes al geclaimd.
Voor de prijs die je voor dit complex betaald, verwacht ik meer.

Pros:

The property and grounds were beautiful and spotlessly clean. The "coffee man" (bald bloke) at breakfast was an absolute legend. The breakfast itself was also very impressive. 3 different convience stores onsite were good value and allowed you to customise your own (otherwise unstocked) mini bar

Cons:

Sometimes it felt like the staff were nervous about payment. Seemed to be a pressure to constantly settle the bill even though money is set aside at check in to cover costs incurred. This wasnt a big deal from my side (just a bit odd) but it meant i would order a round of drinks and have to sign for and settle bill so I wouldn't order another round

Pros:

Great staff, good pool area and great beach.

Cons:

Housekeeping can be improved - usually done very late in the day - didn’t top up soap liquid unless asked (even though we left it out in sight for topping up). Was very surprised the hotel charged for ice to have in the room

Cons:

Puzza di fumo nei corridoi e nelle camere. Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare camera da quanto c’era puzza

Pros:

The hotel is large, the rooms are spacious, and the pools and beach are beautiful. Unfortunately, the hygiene and safety standards did not meet my expectations, and the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Guests should be aware that some hotel amenities may be reused between guests. This raised serious concerns for me regarding hygiene and safety, as I expected personal-use items to be new or clearly identified as sanitized and intended for reuse.

Számunkra tökéletes volt!
Pros:

A szálloda épülete, dizájnja, elhelyezkedése, a felszereltsége, a személyzet kedvessége, különösen a medencebárnál, a komplexum teljesen karbantartott, semmi nem volt hibás vagy elromlott. A szálloda kertje, növényei, különösen a bonsajfák, csodálatosak!

Cons:

Kevés napozóágy volt a medencénél.
