最高でした。
Pros:

たまたま空きが出たと、お部屋をグレードアップして下さいました。娘と初めての二人旅で、特別感があって二人でとても幸せな気持ちになりました。ありがとうございました。

Cons:

良くない点ではないのですが、ビューティケアセットがアメニティで置いてあり嬉しかったのですが、
化粧水&乳液を私が忘れてしまっていて、もし、アメニティに化粧水&乳液もあったら、嬉しかったなと、個人的に思ってしまいましたm(_ _)m

Cons:

El desayuno, el tamaño de la habitación, la más pequeña de todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado en Japón y eso que era superoor, que no tuviera luz en la cabecera de la cama, lo que impedía leer por la noche sin molestar a la otra persona.

駅近で便利
Pros:

近くにイオンモールや郵便局があります。荷物一時預かりも助かりました。駅近なのもよいです。スタッフ皆さんご親切です。

Quiet, yet convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Pros:

Great location nearby Kyoto Station.

Cons:

We were a group with six rooms booked. We arrived one hour before the check in time and even though rooms were ready they wanted to extra charge. I understand the check in time policy but we refused to pay extra. It was actually the fifth time I stayed in this hotel and before the staff was flexible with checking in one hour or less before the actual check in time.
Breakfast is poor and not worthy the value.
