Pros:

住宿地點距離京都車站適中，附近有公車站可直接到清水道很方便，晚上周遭也安靜。兩個未就學的小孩可免費入住及使用早餐，早餐豐盛且用餐環境還算舒服。雙床房空間足夠，全開29吋行李箱沒問題。服務人員態度無論是接洽或是提出問題，應對態度都很好，整體來說挺不錯的。

Cons:

房間桌面插座略嫌不足，可考慮增加插座或是提供延長線，方便房客使用。早餐若能準備多一點水果種類將是更棒的。

I absolutely loved my stay here. Staffs are warm and helpful from check-in to check-out. They fulfilled every request of ours. Amenities are amazing too. Laundry, microwave, ice machine. They've got your needs sorted including the luggage forwarding to your next hotel. Konbinis like Family Mart, Lawson and Daily Yamazaki are also less than 5 minutes away from the hotel. Most importantly, if you're planning to go to Osaka, Nara, Uji, Arashiyama, etc & also taking the Shinkansen, the JR Kyoto station is just a 5-6 minute walk away. Super convenient location, comfy stay and great service overall by the staffs.
