Great location, nice and clean. Bigger than some of the other hotel rooms we stayed in, in Japan. We had room for both our suitcases. Nice big bed

Great place great staff and very clean. Maybe just update your TVs.
Pros:

The property was neat, clean staff were fantastic. Very helpful. Spoke really good English. Nothing really I can say bad about it.

Cons:

Very minor issue was maybe the bed was a bit too hard but that’s if I’m being picky and TV casted in Japanese language, even with pairing my phone to the TV, my YouTube played in Japanese

Highly convenient,clean ; with courtieous and helpful staff
Pros:

Excellent location with accessibility ,polite and helpful staff ,lots of food options around. It's hardly 5mins walk to the Kyoto station and main bus terminal . Highly smooth check in and check out experience.

Cons:

Only breakfast available. Restaurant closes after 10am .
