Overall, we had a very good stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel offered very good value for money. For once, we were genuinely happy with our experience in Vietnam, and everything seemed to be going very well.

Unfortunately, the experience took a very disappointing turn at checkout. We were suddenly charged 220,000 VND for bottles of water that we had assumed were complimentary. Nobody had informed us that these bottles were chargeable, nor was the price clearly communicated to us. Had we known, we would never have consumed them, especially considering they cost 25,000 VND each for what was, frankly, very poor-quality water.

This left us with the unpleasant impression that we had been deliberately misled. It's a real shame that such a positive stay ended this way, over something that could easily have been avoided with clear communication and transparent pricing.

Another major downside was the internet connection, which was absolutely catastrophic from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. If you need reliable Wi-Fi, be prepared for a frustrating experience.

In summary: Good value for money, spacious and comfortable rooms, but a terrible internet connection and a very unpleasant surprise at checkout. Be extra careful about any items provided in your room, and make sure you clarify what is complimentary and what you will be charged for before consuming anything.

It's a shame, because the hotel had the potential to leave us with a very positive impression. Instead, we left disappointed.
