Pros:

We loved this hotel! We stayed just for one night as a family of 3 and everything was perfect. We were picked up at the train station by Mario(5* service) ,the room was ready for us with 3 beds(I've only booked a double room), they had slippers and a robe for our 3y old- she was so happy. The room had a balcony with a view of the Matterhorn, the room was very spacious and very clean. The wellness area was nice and our daughter was allowed in the pool/jacuzzi area(the sauna and hammam are nude areas and only available to over 16y olds,but they have gender separation). Breakfast is amazing, all you could wish for and the restaurant has a garden with a perfect view of the Matterhorn.
The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would go back to this hotel!

Cons:

We had half board and the restaurant staff wasn't trained to explain what exactly it is included. We ended up having the set dinner that was racclete/fondue night, but as a vegetarian it wasn't very nice. The appetizers were only meat and cheese,then a soup that had meat in it and wasn't marked on the menu, then we had fondue...so I basically had only cheese for the entire dinner. The dessert was lovely though,saved the meal. A glass of wine was same price as one litre of water :(

Séjour absolument parfait !
Chambre très propre, calme et lumineuse.
Literie extrêmement confortable et équipements modernes.
Personnel souriant, accueillant et aux petits soins. Petit-déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais et variés.
Emplacement idéal proche du centre.
Nous recommandons les yeux fermés et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Amazing
Pros:

The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. Modern facilities, very good and silent location. Convenient free shuttle service to/from the train station. Quality breakfast. Everything was great during our stay, so I am confident to recommend this hotel!
