Pros:

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, nette kamers en goed ontbijt. We kwamen al voor de derde keer en het is altijd goed geweest. Een aanrader.

Ich hab angerufen, da ich gesehen habe, dass das Zimmer online billiger war und ich wollte direkt anrufen und fragen ob Sie mir für diese Preis geben können. Natürlich wollten Sie nicht die haben gesagt soll ich online machen und später war ich da. Hab noch mal nachgefragt Preisunterschied 30 €, dann hab ich gebucht und die haben gesagt hätten Sie uns gesagt, könnten wir auch diese Preis geben und ich wollte ein großes Bett die haben wir Mittel Abc Bett gegeben und der Preis auch zu hoch. und ich glaub die Dame war verärgert und hat mir ein Zimmer am ganz ganz Ende ganz letzte Zimmer von ganze Hotel gegeben. Da musste ich 5 Minuten laufen eine Richtung :-)

Die Lage direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die große Halle mit kostenloser Kaffee/Tee/Getränke Bar. Der Frühstücksraum mit Zugang zum Park.

Cons:

Der Kontakt mit dem Hotel und der nicht Willkommende Empfang. Man fühlte sich als würde man stören. Wir mussten sehr lange am Empfang warten, da das Privatgespräch im offenen Büroraum nebenan wichtiger war. Obwohl vorher schriftlich mitgeteilt, dass wir das Angebot 30 Minuten früher anzureisen gerne wahrnehmen würden, bekamen wir keine Antwort mehr. Auch unsere Anfrage bzgl. Parkmöglichkeit wurde nicht beantwortet. Bei Ankunft 20 Minuten vor offizieller Eincheckzeit war kein Zimmer fertig. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt und somit auch nichts (Kaffee/Tee/Wasser) aufgefüllt. Es wäre für uns kein Problem aber eine Mitteilung vorab wäre schon wünschenswert.
