Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal
Gutes und frühes Frühstück
Kaffeebar zur Selbstbedienung ( war ständig einsatzbereit )
ausreichend Parkplätze für 10€ die Nacht

Cons:

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gehoben , aber für die Nähe zu Stuttgart vielleicht normal.
direktes Buchen ist vielleicht etwas günstiger.

Rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very good and staff friendly. We were able to still get a Pizza late at night when we came back to the Hotel.

Tolle Lage und schönes Ambiente

Cons:

Ich habe ein Babybett vorbestellt für mein Baby. Es wurde schriftlich sowohl als auch mündlich bestätigt und zugesichert.
Als ich ankam und nachfragte, wo es sei, sagte man mir, es würde auf mein Zimmer gebracht werden.
Nach 30 Minuten tat sich nichts und auf meine erneute Nachfrage, sagte man mir, ich könnte jetzt doch keins haben, weil schon alle vergriffen sind.
Da ich auf dieses Bett angewiesen bin, war das für mich keine Option und es folgten für mich stressige Diskussionen mit der Managerin. Am Ende konnte ich mich durchsetzen und mir wurde ein Bett ausgehändigt- aber ein schönes Ankommen nach meiner langen Reise war das leider nicht…
