The hospitality was top-notch, with special thanks to Mr. Vinay and his team, including Prasanta and Navin. The location was convenient for me since I was traveling by road from Mumbai to Bangalore
Security and staff did not let me enter the premises even to unload my luggage because I was on a motorcycle. I am a biker with 70 litre panniers etc and they just wouldn’t let me in and after a 10 min argument in the heat at the gate they let me in.

A special mention to Pragati from the restaurant for her excellent service and professionalism. The entire restaurant staff was caring, polite, and ensured a pleasant dining experience.

I want to specially commend Tanushree from the reception team. Her warm hospitality and efficiency ensured a perfectly smooth entry, and she went above and beyond to make sure our room was flawless. Employees like her truly elevate the guest experience.
