Fuera de la piscina el resto nos gustó mucho

Cons:

Instalaciones correctas, pero la piscina necesita mejorar el accesoEl hotel tiene buenos puntos, pero como sugerencia de mejora urgente deberían revisar las escaleras de la piscina. Los escalones para entrar y salir del agua son extremadamente altos, lo que hace que subir y bajar sea una tarea difícil y un tanto peligrosa. Si modificaran este acceso para que los peldaños fuesen más bajos y anatómicos, la estancia y el confort de los clientes en la zona de baño mejorarían muchísimo.

Habitaciones reformadas
Baño amplio
teniamos habitación delante del mar y estaba super bien la vista , tiene parking por 15 euros

El check out es demasiado temprano
10,30am... y el check in a las 2...
no puede ser que tenga que ir a desayunar en vacaciones
a las 9am... la hora maxima de desayuno es a las 10am
en resumen, he perdido el desayuno...

We had a wonderful time and felt really welcome and looked after.
Pros:

All food was varied and wonderfully prepared, friendly staff and very helpful, small beautiful restaurant no mass tourism and no waiting ques. Everywhere in the hotel was very clean. It was quiet and we had a beautiful Seaview. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much and we plan to be back. .

Cons:

Swimming pool was small but functional and nice when there was space available.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, прямо напротив пляж, на котором по сравнению с другими пляжами, не так много народу. Автобусная остановка прямо возле отеля. С аэропорта автобус останавливается на этой остановке. За отелем есть магазин Spar, где можно купить продукты. Номер просторный, есть всё необходимое, отличный кондиционер. Удобные кровати. На ресепшене очень приятные, отзывчивые работники, особенно девушка по имени Reyes. Завтраки хорошие, но каждый день один и тот же ассортимент, можно было бы временами менять.

Cons:

Не совсем чисто. Когда мы заехали в номер, он был убран, но очень плохо. Везде были волосы и мелкий мусор. На мою жалобу на ресепшене отреагировали сразу и отправили горничную для уборки.

Una gran elección
Pros:

Habitación reformada frente al mar muy bien equipado, climatización fantástica , parking, nos tocó el de otra calle que está muy bien y a 2min del hotel , ubicación primera línea, desayuno de 10, muy bueno, variado y muy limpio con un personal excelente. (Lo s zumos por decir algo muy malos).

Cons:

Parte del personal de recepción es todo menos amable, el resto de personal tanto en recepción, desayuno, limpieza de 10. Imposible alargar el checkout, todo pegas y muchos paseos para nada.
