Location was great for my hospital visit as very close. Everything was online so didn't see any staff.
Bed was like a rock n no microwave, toaster or cutlery.
Great location in the Valley as I was attending a gig at The Tivoli. Very recently modernised room with good shower, good sized single bed, tea and coffee etc. loads of parking available and very good staff-less entry with the automatic key dispenser machine.
My particular room was immediately above the automatic gate for the car park, so despite having sleep headphones on and a pillow over my head, meant that every time a car went in or out that it would wake me up. So right up until midnight and then from 5am onwards. I was only staying in Brisbane rather than driving back as had been up very early that morning to watch the World Cup so really needed a better sleep than I got.
The location is near to bus station and walkable to Fortitude Valley Train station. The room is clean and nice. The hotel sent message in advance about the check in process and key collections.
The noise in the hotel surrounding is disturbing especially in the morning as we can hear the noise in the room like closing of doors, the radio or TV sounds can be heard as well. The footsteps sounds in the stairs and in the upper floor are heard in the room.
Bed, pillow, quilt, bathroom was ok
To enter you have to open the big (car) gate which was below my room it was SO noisy every time someone opened it at all hours of the night it woke me up. Having to go through this slow gate at night is not safe and I had a man follow me in before it closed and I had to rush up to my room. The building doors don’t lock, it would make it safer if they did and also the room doors don’t seem to always self close you have to push them to ensure they lock.
スタッフが親切でした。2人で、キッチン付きのタイプの部屋に滞在したんですが、２階建てでとても広くてリラックスできました。建物も、設備も新しく、清潔でした。住宅街なので夜も静かでした。滞在期間中、一回だけ無料で洗濯もできました。電車の駅もバス停も近かったので、出かけるにも便利でした。電車の駅にはスーパーもあるので、帰りに買い物もできるし、いろいろなレストランもあるのでそういう点でも便利でした。チェックインはインターネットからできるし、遅くなっても鍵がボックスの中にあるので、安心です。チェックアウトは鍵をボックスに返すだけなので、何時でもOKです。鍵をなくした時の対応もメールが来るので大丈夫ではないかと思います。
フォティチュードバレーは駅の周りにパブなどが多く、またホームレスも数人いたので、あまり夜遅くに歩かない方がいいかと思います。また、ホテルの近くは静かな住宅街なので、電灯も少ないです。
The bed was really comfortable

It was very convenient parking. The key and code worked as advised.
When we arrived our room smelt like vomit. The fan was going at full speed and both sliding doors were open. As we had no time to organise new accommodation, we tried to ignore the smell. It was grew harder to ignore as we found the downstairs bed looked used, the tea towel was wet, bathmat missing, and crumbs and dirt around the rug.
The following morning (after a restless sleep on terribly uncomfortable beds) we discovered the source of the smell on the underside of the corner of the rug; a couple of foul smelling chunks (pic attached). I’d really like to believe the vinegary, acidic odour was spoiled food, but it only could have been old vomit.
I rolled up the rug and moved it outside because we didn’t have time to reach out (left early, got back late). The smell had mostly disappeared with the rug gone by the time we returned.
We are so disgusted with our unclean experience at Spring Hill.
Staying at Spring Hills Terraces was the perfect spot. Great price, facilities and everything. Really loved it, highly recommend Spring Hills to anyone staying in Brisbane

Location is excellent, walking distance to bars and restaurants in the valley. Room is comfortable and clean, temperature control was great to have, the shower pressure was amazing, toiletries provided and plenty of parking space. Checking in and out was super easy. I'll be back for sure :)
Wi-fi was quite weak in my room.
