Good location for our need
Parking was tight
Simple and did the job. Check in was easy and was communicated well. Car space availability was really welcome as well.
Noisy at night times. Door didn't shut smoothly and had to be pushed/pulled to be opened or closed. Could hear other residents close/open their doors this was too. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Small couch in the room would have been nice.
Good location, helpful staff, clean and modern
Very modern rooms, clean and well laid out. Hotel easy to find and self check in a breeze. Beautiful internal gardens and key card access very convenient. Close to city and surrounding suburbs.
Beds were very stiff, shower small, not enough extra pillows (1 extra for 2 beds), no wash cloths. Not as many parking spaces as rooms, on street parking can be confusing for tourists.

The place was relatively good
The bed was the most comfortably hard surface. It felt like sleeping on a solid wooden table, I didn't sleep at all and ended up with a very sore back. It's quite terrible, given how the place looks to have only just been renovated and the bed is by far the most important part of accommodation! The doors also all slam shut, which is quite hard to relax!

Easy check in and check out. So clean 👌 and cozy.
We ran out of soap and coffee and milk called but missed quest services ask med if it could be brought first thing in the morning and it never came.
