Fantastic price and location.
Pros:

Easy to find, good parking and COMFORTABLE beds. Always clean - stayed here multiple times now and will always come back. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Walls are a bit thin but there’s always a bathroom between rooms so if you shut your bathroom door you can’t hear anything (only if you’re in the bathroom and next door is in the bathroom at the same time and talking loudly).
